The stay has been pretty good, but the shower is shit. The shower was the hardest to get going and when finally switched over it would not stay on. I had to use a wet towel to pin the shower pin up. And the entire time it whistled and screamed because it was not secure. read more

My husband, and I recently stayed here and it was convenient and affordable. I have to commend my experience with customer service the most. In a rush to leave I forgot my nice headphones in the room. I'm originally from NYC so you just assume they are gone forever, but I figured I'd call and hope for the best. When I called the front desk, and spoke when Mary, she was absolutely lovely! I told her my problem, she asked me many questions to confirm exactly what my headphones looked like and what room I stayed in, and then she told me "of course we have them! We save everything!" I was so relieved. I then asked if they could mail them to me some I live in California and wouldn't be back anytime in the future and offered to pay. She said she'd be happy to send them along, took my address and told me she'd confirm when they were shipped without charging me! That one interaction alone made the experience great for me! If all you care about is a cheap stay and do t mind sharing the space with MANY cockroaches then by all means stay here. Due to the requirement to be only a few minutes away from family I had no choice. I never walked with bare feet on the floor because it was FILTHY. I also went three days without a shower because the bulk of the roaches were hanging out in there. I wasn't about to put my bare feet in the shower. Do not recommend this hotel unless you want to wake up bitten up by bed bugs . Not once , but twice ! 2 different stays . The 1st stay the owner / manager guy shrugged it off even though my boyfriend had bite marks ALL OVER his body . Stayed there again last night & the 1st room had bugs . They switched us to another room which had a big hole in the mattress with of course , MORE BUGS !!! The 3rd room finally had no bugs . We were told not to bring any of our bags to the new rooms . So we didn't . List out on getting ANY sleep & the best they wanted to do was to refund us $20 !!!!! I mean after they switched us rooms & stuff we were still so paranoid . And couldn't even bring our clean clothes into the new room just incase they caught the bugs to even shower & be able to change into ? $20 ? After paying $110 to relax with my other half who I hardly get to see . Embarrassing ! ! I called to book a room for the night.. When we pulled up .. the locals at the store nearby had told us to lock your car when you get there... I knew it wasn't a good start to a one night stay... We got there, and it already looked bad... looked like people outside were doing drug deals right on the property... I wasn't ready to leave my truck outside for the night. My wife didn't even want to get out of the car. So I called the motel to let them know that we changed our minds and wasn't going to be checking in... Now I called and spoke to the same guy who said they had rooms earlier.. All of a sudden he says the motel is booked with no rooms so therefore he cannot cancel my bookings but want to give me credit for the next time?? There wont be a next time. I told him no problem, and that I was just gonna call my credit card to report the issue.. Then he got ugly and told me he doesn't control the refunding, and that I had to call trip advisor? Omg! Its really ashame because earlier that day wen we entered arizona, we stopped at a diner to eat, and thats how we found motel 6 That one was really nice and well cared for! So Im not bashing all motel 6's Just this one... Its funny because my niece lives close by and offered us to stay there, wen we told her about that place, she said " Do you have a gun?" READ BEFORE STAYING!!! Horrible.... I repeat... HORRIBLE!!!!!! I'm work for a small mom and pop trucking company so saving money and parking is what helps us most as we travel. I dont have the option of sleeping in my truck as I drive a day cab. This motel offers a good sized rear parking area for me to park my rig for the night so that's 1 good thing, but then you go to walk in... Now mind you this is not my first stay with this motel, but I guarantee you it will be my last!! First time was ok, second the same, third time I woke up sick from breathing in whatever cleaner they use to clean the room. I chalked it up to a one time thing and decided to try it again, And then there was this time... Now as I mentioned I travel for work. When I arrived some of the regular guests had removed their screens from the windows both upstairs and down so they could sit in the window and smoke. As I walked in I noticed a drug deal through one of the downstairs windows. I would have left but could not legally drive anymore. I checked in with the same man I normally deal with and proceeded to my room. As I walked in I noticed there was no refrigerator or microwave as I had had in my previous stays. I dropped my stuff off and went to let the gentlemen at the desk know. I was informed that not all the rooms were equipped with these as to low stock of said items. Ok no harm no foul I'll just get ice in my cooler to keep my food and drinks I bring on my trips with me... think again... YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ICE!!!! Are you kidding me??? So now after paying almost $80 for the night I have no way to keep my food or drinks cold... thank you a/c!!! In my opinion it's like they cleaned up the inside, and slapped some paint on the outside to make it look good to draw you in, but once you pay and get to your room, your on your own!!! Like I said HORRIBLE!!!! MOTEL 6 used to be a good name and place to stay, but this location has changed that!!! Cons: Beds are subpar, no fridge or microwave in every room, shady clientele, can get your junkie fix from one of the regulars. Management seems to not care as long as they get your money! Guest laundry $4 load.... Pros: truck parking, cold a/c (which I'm using to keep other things cold besides the room), sub par beds, clean. This Motel is okay I guess. The workers are kind of stuck-up and quiet yeah, but will get done what you need. There is a sort of facade about the place it looks really nice on the outside or when you first walk in. Then you get to seeing and being there a little longer and you see there are roaches and some of the rooms and half of the rooms air conditioning need maintenance. The worst place ever! We chose this motel as it allowed dogs. Room smelled of many cigarettes smoked over many years, yet, it had a "No Smoking" sign on the door. Sheets were stained and dingy. Towels small and paper thin. Bathroom had seen better days. Room was not filthy, but not clean either. We stayed the night as it was late Christmas night. We left at 5:30 AM as both of us had headaches due to oder in room. Upon arriving home, we realized that we had taken the odor of the room with us! The beds are like rocks and the place is filthy! We stayed here while waiting for our airBNB house to be available, our mistake was leaving a medication in the fridge, we called as soon as we realized the next day and was told the house keeper wasn't there and the room was already reoccupied so to call the next day. When I did that, they acted like they had recollection of the conversation, they said there was nothing found by the housekeeper to which I replied, so either your housekeeper found it and threw it away or she didn't even check the fridge and the next occupants found it. $300 down the drain. read more

Take your money elsewhere than dealing with the creeps at the front. Although I don't put that on all the employees, just two men who are very dishonest and creepy. Got a room for my sisters graduation on the 3rd. When we checked in there were no problems but as soon as we went back to the hotel room around 9-10 at night we were shocked at what we saw as I have 3 kids, two are 5 & 7 and then a newborn. They were scared to even walk on the floor as there were cockroaches in our room just about every night till we left on sunday The 6th. It was constant killing them as they only came out at night not during the day. We felt like they were crawling On us it was so gross. Glad my two older kids ended up staying with my sister so they can sleep. I highly recommend if you get a room here make sure that your room is bug free as we also had maid service in our room and they did nothing to take care of the roaches. read more

Worst hotel experience ive ever had. I'm currently plunging the toilet for the third time from nothing but peeing in it. The room was like prison style. No amenities at all. We had to get toilet paper, tissue and shampoo from the front desk. The smell of the room when we entered was very strong and you could tell someone had been smoking in it previously. The bed is basically a cot with like 100 thread count stained sheets. I booked this room because it was close to the renaissance fair and we paid 100 dollars a night. Got to the motel they over charged me . They would not give us a room on the bottom floor. We got to our room the towels were dirty the lock was broken on the door and then the person next door turn the TV up so loud they could not even hear their phone ring. We didn't have a phone in the room. Had to walk down to the desk. The girl was very rude said she would call him not go up there. He couldn't hear the phone because the TV was to loud. She wouldn't go up there either. The next morning when I went down to check out. She would not give me her name would not give me a reciept and ran in the back and hide when I started to take her picture. This was the worst experience of my life time!!! I have stayed over the years under a different owner and franchise. There were no amenities such as hair dryer or shampoo. I requested a do not disturb sign and was informed they were not allowed by management. I removed my valuables thank goodness because when I returned my things had removed from vacant bed and my makeup and clothing put in my backpack. There was also Fecal matter on the wall . Let me start by listing all their good qualities: Done...they had none. Had reserved Handicap room. Called two months before arrival and again 2 weeks before arrival to make sure we had the room we needed, but when we arrived we found our room was way down a hall and not one of the Handicap rooms that they had promised. Found that they had began renovations on those rooms the day before we arrived....would have been nice if they would have informed us of that before our arrival and when we could still cancel room without penalty. By the time we arrived we would have had to pay for the full room if we stayed or left. When talking to the front desk on this issue we found the Staff SUPER RUDE. When my wife came in to talk with them on the issue the clerk and his visiting friends laughed at her. I called Orbitz on the situation and they called the hotel and he HUNG up on them. Orbitz informed me that they had been disconnected and that is when my wife came in and said that they had hung up on Orbitz, right in front of her. We found the pool area in disrepair, ants everywhere, and the skimmer was still hooked up to the pool and was full of insects. We found the doors to the rooms needing painting and / or repair. Beds were ROCK hard and not comfortable. I do NOT recommend this location and will NOT be staying here again. We stayed here because it was close to family, but next time we will drive the 20 minutes and stay somewhere else. I have stayed at Motel 6, Super 8, La Quinta, Hyatt, etc.....I stay at all types of hotels and have NEVER found the staff as rude as this place. read more

We checked into this dive on February 28, 2020. The front of the building was fenced off because the carport at the front door was being supported by posts. A trucker backed into it and the structure has to be demolished and rebuilt. We should have walked away at that moment. We went into the stark, cold,lobby that looked more like a mental hospital. It smelled of strong cleaning solution like Pine-Sol, which is another big sign to walk away. We got our room and the clerk at the desk told us to park on the other side of the building. It was a dirt parking lot. As we were getting our suitcases out, two low-lifes came barrelling into the lot, stirring up dust. Total losers. We went to our room #124 and discovered the room was as stark as the lobby. The bed was low to the floor. It almost looked like the mattress was ON the floor. The sheets on the bed were stained and my wife found what she thinks was a pubic hair on the sheet. Speaking of the floor, it was linoleum! No carpet. There was a door adjoining our room to the one next door. It sounded like the people in that room were in our room. Their TV was blasting and they were carrying on. Remember the two idiots in the parking lot? It was their room! We tried to go to sleep, but it was just too noisy. Went to call the front desk to complain, and there was no phone. Got dressed, went to the desk, and the manager called the room on his cellphone. Imagine that. He has all of the room phone numbers in his cell. I wonder why? He probably has to call them frequently. Anyway, went back to bed. The bed was hard as concrete. The pillows were flattened out like pancakes and we only had two on the bed. The noise next door continued and we had some very heavy person above us stomping around. I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was a bug running around on the floor. It looked like a small cockroach. By the way, the bathroom had this old linoleum flooring that was curling up on the edges. It looked like they laid layer after layer of linoleum on linoleum. This was the most ghetto hotel/motel I have ever been at. We used to stay at Motel 6 when traveling across country many years ago. They were never 5 star hotels, but they were always clean and comfortable. I gave this place one star, but it doesn't deserve any. Slept here for 2 nights. It was clean and most importantly the air conditioning was working. Attendants were very nice to deal with and all of the employees seemed to be very pleasant people. It had a pool but I was too busy to take a swim. Waffle House and gas station were located within walking distance and the freeway was right around the corner. Price was very reasonable. If I could give negative stars I would.. My disabled daughter, fiancée, his daughter and myself stayed for 2 months.. We chose to stay here do to the location being closer to the school.. First got there the shorter India man gave us a disabled room for no extra charge which I thought was nice of him.. Went in no microwave or fridge.. I went and asked he stated they are only for customers staying for 3 or more days.. Well I just paid for a week and my daughter needs a fridge for her meds.. He stated to use the employee fridge n the microwave.. That he would put our room down to get one.. I went up to desk every day. Told them about air conditioning not working good in that room. There were roaches adults n babies on bed. And the TV kept glitching out.. Nothing. Really for 500.86 a week.. This is what I got!. Finally on the 2 ND week toward the end they bring us one.. Then the next day.. Went to pay another week.. He moves us down the hall to the other handicap room went in again. No microwave or fridge.. Really. We just got one the night before after how long over 2 weeks! We ended up moving the fridge n microwave ourselves out of the other room to the new room.. The air and TV were better in this room.. Except right under the stairs so every step, every luggage u heard banging all day and night.. N the manager room right across from ours.. No privacy.. Kept watching from there door.. My daughter is disabled and passes out n my son would need to come sit and watch her while I went to work.. And front desk would get mad.. I explained why he was there every day.. But not night.. So two weeks went by. Went to pay another week.. He states I'm moving u.. I said again.. This time he moved us to the other side of the motel and upstairs and my daughter is in a wheelchair!. I was livid.. But she needed to get to her appointments so we moved upstairs.. My son and fiancee carried her in her wheelchair up and down the stairs.. So the first room upstairs was OK.. It had a fridge n microwave.. Except one night the power went out.. I went to front desk. She said sorry no rooms available.. I said we have no power in my room.. I don't pay over 500 for no power.. She said come back after 12 30am to see if there's any no shows for reservations she had..we sat over 4 hrs no power.. Then they finally move us to room right down from the other one.. Everything OK I guess.. Didn't apologize or give a free night nothing.. So week goes by.. Maid comes to door said they want me at the front desk.. So went down thinking time to pay.. N he says we have to checkout.. I'm like what I'm paying another week.. He said no. I have to leave now go to somewhere else.. He said my daughter was downstairs smoking.. U can't smoke inside so she goes outside.. N she was seen with someone helping her and her chair back upstairs so they must be staying with us.. Wth!! Um no! I told him it's just same people.. He said check out now. I told him don't even have a vehicle here right now.. He said he don't care to wait outside.. Really with my disabled daughter in 110 outside.. too bad 1 is the lowest rating. 2/21/2022 we stayed there at an astounding price of $340 plus tax. no other available rooms nearby (price gouging?). the room was disgusting with a filthy dog-chewed sofa, bed supported by a particleboard base, water pressure barely enough to activate the shower in the disgusting bathroom. the bathroom flooring was rolled up on the edges abutting the shower, with a filthy tub and holes on the base of the wall next to it and a white toilet seat that had seen so many butts, there was hardly any color left on it. the inside of the door was dog-scratched badly. the curtains and ceilings had some organic materials on them that i didn't really want to check too closely. the room smelled so bad, we had to empty our aerosol to make it tolerable.my wife and i barely slept for all the noise in other rooms and the smell that couldn't be masked. absolutely the worst night at any motel for this 68 yr.-old read more

This was my first stay ever at a Motel 6. This one was pretty nice. It was updated in a very modern, minimalist decor. The beds were clean and comfy. They had a very nice pool and spa that we used. There was no breakfast but they did have coffee and a newish Waffle House was close by. There was no computer for guests to use. For the low price this place was A-OK! read more
