After another local repair shop failed twice to complete repairs without breaking other systems and costing me more money, I went looking for a better place. This is it! So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus. Another great experience I had with Hansen Auto Body & Automotive was when I recently needed the exhaust system repaired. My car started to chug and lurch and I was panicked and heart broken. So I kept my foot on the gas and hoped I could make it to another exit. I stopped at gas station to see if some gas and oil would help. No such luck. I went to auto zone. They hooked up my car and told me I needed ignition plugs. My mechanic told me it was an easy fix. And he would do it later. PSYCHE! I'm LATE so he told me to see if there were any men hanging around who would consider doing it. I started to drive home and just get a rental car when I looked up and saw Pastir. I begged a man in the parking lot to help me. He told me to please go tell the manager inside because he couldn't do it. The manager was awesome. He ran outside and hooked up mg car to the diagnostic machine. He started poking my engine and figured out what parts he needed. He called and is having them delivered. I don't know if he will be successful in getting my car back on the road, damnit I know he tried and I am so grateful. So so grateful. God is good because they are only open every other Saturday so this was a relationship meant to be!

They handled everything with the other insurance and when my car came back, it looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. Immediately took it to carstar, who gave me an estimate, I brought the car in on Monday the 27th and I got it back after 4 PM on the 28th. Even though this was a much smaller job, they cleaned and detailed the car, again, even putting the spray on the tires to make them look brand new.
