She explained the types of earrings, made suggestions, was forthcoming about the procedure and answered any questions I had. She also took her time lining up the holes to be just right--a true perfectionist that allowed me to make changes without hesitation. I am grateful that she and the other girl were able to pierce both ears at the same time--a heavy dose of hurt at once for a 5yo, but a quicker procedure that resulted in NO TEARS.
