If you or your child needs ortho care, I highly recommend Moss Wall. The staff are friendly, establishment is clean and the orthodontist are willing to work with you until you get the smile that you're comfortable with. No hidden prices and they do payment plans & are Tricare friendly. When I moved here from VA, my last orthodontist was not the best. Here at Moss Wall, they have really transformed my smile in such a short amount of time. They never rushed my process and made me feel comfortable every step of the way through proper communication, post care, etc. I wish they did cleanings and other dental care here as well. I was recommended to this group by our dentist, and they would not take my child on as a new patient because he had received coverage with Apple Health through his father (despite the fact that I would be using private insurance). This obviously completely turned me off from this practice; so many people in this area use and rely on Apple Health, and while I gather it's more challenging than billing people directly, it drastically limits who can get orthodontic care. What if every orthodontist did this? To be actively working to not have Apple Health patients is pretty gross in my book. read more

The staff here are excellent! I am on my 2nd child with braces at this office and have never been disappointed in the front office staff, the assistants or the doctors. The staff seems to be the same every time and like a close knit family, which seems to help that office run smoothly. I love that the check in process is computerized and set up so the kids are responsible for their own check in. There is never much wait time and the staff do a great job teaching care of braces. My son and I have braces now and 2 of my other kids had them. Dr Wall and his team are great. They make sure my wire is trimmed just right so it's not poking me. I'm always informed of the plan moving forward so there's no surprises. My kids love going there so much they want to come even when they don't have an appointment! I cannot rave enough about this office. Being a woman in her 40s and deciding to get braces is hard. Seriously hard. From the minute I walked in on day one I felt at ease. The woman who walked me through the possible upcoming process and the cost was nice and welcoming. I have gone back every 6 weeks for 18 months and have had a perfect experience every time. From the front desk staff to the technicians (is that what they're called? :/ ) to both orthodontists that have seen me, it has been amazing. My son went to another very popular orthodontist in Lacey, and although his experience was good, it does not even compare to Moss Wall. Highly highly recommend!! read more

We've been fortunate to have 2 kids with braces by Dr Moss and Dr Wall! Their office is fun, warm and welcoming. The staff are great at answering questions and taking care of their customers. The orthodontists are professional and excellent in their field with beautiful teeth as a result. As a Registered Nurse in a busy medical practice, I've become very picky over the years and prefer the best- this office is. If you have a simple problem they can probably fix it. However, if you have a complex problem get a second opinion. At the end of my son's treatment we were given a few options. 1. Remove braces even though things weren't 100% fixed 2. Try a spring (similar to herbst) and hope it might work or 3 jaw surgery. We decided to remove the braces. We will go somewhere else. read more

I recently took my 11 yr. old son to visit Dr. Wall at Moss Orthodontics. My son is visiting me from another state for the summer and needed a new retainer because the dog got a hold of his other one. Dr. Wall is obviously not his normal orthodontist and new that I was there for only a replacement retainer. Dr. Wall and his staff were extremely helpful, took the time to educate me on the status of my sons teeth and tried to save me money. Their price far beat everyone elses in town.
