In what I thought was a private room, I spoke about other health concerns and medications that might be affecting my eye health. On a follow up visit I realized that the walls don't even touch the ceiling. The conversation I had was not private at all. I could hear all of that patients conversation. It was just unsettling. This place seems fine enough for a basic exam and glasses but not if you want to discuss your health concerns in private.

This may have been due to water-skiing in South and Central Texas without a hat. I don't do that any more and wear a hat when I go outside. I have found all of the doctors and staff to be very friendly and attentive to my needs. I am sorry that Linda M. was not happy with her phone call and I hope that issue has been resolved. I have not had the same experiences. Dr. Dai cut a cancerous lesion off my nose and sewed it up very nicely. I had never seen my nose bone before and hope not to do so again. Dr. Joanne Lew-Goltz was wonderful, thorough and kind. I left with better prescriptions than when I arrived. While the office felt a little outdated compared to other clinics, the quality of care surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend! Also, the team that works in the lens department are wonderful!!
