    I am traveling through from Michigan and this morning sat on my glasses and squished them flat, but…read morethey didn't actually break. Took them to Advanced Eyecare just before closing and a very nice man named Don said he would try to help. He ended up perfectly straightening them out, (without breaking them), put new soft pad nose pieces on without me asking and overall adjusted them to sit better in my face than they ever have! He wouldn't even accept any payment. We can now continue on with our travels and I can see!!! Thank you to Advanced Eyecare and especially Don!!!!

    Well, after today (3/31/25) I am definitely looking for a new eye doctor…read more I have been a patient for over 25 Years. Unfortunately in recent years your service has gone downhill. Doctors don't stay and my treatment today from your lady optician was just wrong. I had my exam and purchased 2 very expensive pairs of glasses the end of January. When the clear glasses came in I didn't like the frame color. I went to your office to see about buying a different color and was told I would have to make an appointment to talk to anyone. I didn't have time for that so I went home and ordered a new identical frame in the color I wanted. I switched the lenses to the new frame when it came in. Unfortunately the lenses got scratched in the process. So I brought you the frame and scratched lenses so you could replace the lenses. You sent the glasses in to have the lenses replaced. When they came in the frame was damaged. The optician agreed they were damaged and suggested she could order a replacement frame and switch the lenses when the frame comes in. I asked multiple times to make sure the color is the same as the ones I wanted (This was different than the frame color originally purchased but other than color is an identical brand new frame). She assured me they were. I even came back into the store to make sure and she once again assured me she had the same model and color ordered. Well that frame came in and it is not the color I wanted. Obviously the optician knew they weren't right because the first thing she said was "this is the color that came in". Again, this was a brand new frame that I would have bought from you but nobody would help me in a timely fashion! Now, today, the optician tells me you cannot warranty my damaged frame even though it was damages by YOUR lab putting the new lenses in it. She explained that she should have had me sign a waiver..... Well she didn't do that. Instead she assured me multiple times that the correct frame color was being ordered. Now I have a pair of very expensive glasses with a damaged frame that looks like it could come apart any minute. This is not the right way to do business. I will find a new eye doctor and will spend my money elsewhere. My wife will do the same and I will share my experience with others as well. Its too bad. I have been a loyal patient/customer for a very long time. I'm sorry to see that your business can't or won't provide the good service it used to. If you would like to change your mind and do the right thing by ordering a new frame in the same color as the one you installed the lenses in I would be happy to reconsider. Everyone makes mistakes. But if you want to stand by your optician and treat a good customer very badly then I am done!
