A quick Google search and Yelp search rendered that Prodigy Pest Solutions was the way forward. Unfortunately for me, this discovery of mine occurred on the evening of July 3rd, so it took me a while to get someone out to take care of it, but Prodigy came as quick as they could. They also said that bald-faced hornets were some of the more aggressive hornets out there, so to be careful around them. Given everything, it was a terrific service. Decent value for what they do. The guy who seems as far as I can tell to be the only employee, said he wasn't sure he was allowed to discuss that with me and had to have his manager call me. It was a huge red flag because all pest control people who are licensed should know that they are required by law to not only tell you what chemicals they use, but show you the labels of their chemicals as well as their license number before providing a service. I told him there was no way I was going to let him spray in my house.

The gentleman came out and treated the area of concern. Unfortunately the nest was bigger than anticipated because they came back within a week. This particular area was hard to see since it was located on a hallow space above the window, that did not have access through our attic. The owner came back re-dusted the area outside and from the crawl space in the attic. We have not seen any activity since the 2nd dusting. I know that home projects do not always go as planned. I appreciate that the owner came out and ensured the quality of his work. We would definitely recommend this company and plan to use him in the future (if necessary).
