We've paid hundreds of dollars for the service in hopes they would come through for us when it was time to sell. When I had to fill out a seller's disclosure in June 2020 I called their office to confirm that we were covered and they'd supply what was required and they said we were good to go. Now, at the 11th hour, when I requested the termite bond and letter they are unable to provide one and ask me to pay hundreds more?!? They apparently installed a garbage termite system. We feel completely ripped off. The irony is that we never had termites and termites have never been detected! I do not recommend them and their new company McCalls. This has been a complete waste of money.

Scientific Turf gave me a call within an hour of me leaving a voicemail, then they passed along my info to Eric who then gave me a call to go over a few things & get me set up for an appointment a day later. I was very happy that they were quick to respond & get me scheduled as our lawn has been getting worse by the day. We're brand new homeowners and our new construction sod was having some major issues. We tried a few things via advice on the internet but really we should have called a professional sooner than later. Eric was on time, a little early which is always good, professional and extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE. He walked our entire lawn & explained everything he was seeing, gave his thoughts & advice and then answered about 100 questions from myself. I told him I had bought a few products & tried them out and he took a look and everything and told me exactly how to use them. We currently have above ground sprinklers, and they are not taking on customers without in ground which is no problem, I just can't believe how thorough and willing Eric was to do a full walk through and assessment completely free. Most people would have realized we had above ground & realized we wouldn't be customers, then might have just said sorry we can't help. Told us there are no bugs but he did a treatment anyway, that we would be charged $170.00 After my discussion with this crook on the phone, I assured him we were all set, we would not be robbed by him and his crooked outfit and we would find a pest control company with integrity.
