I would not use this company again. Their customer service and response to inquiries, especially getting a simple invoice was not great.

DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!! DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!! Horrible customer service. We made multiple calls to obtain a basic invoice for services paid so that we can get our $200 back from insurance. The only line that answers is for an immediate tow, where they repeatedly promised to email a copy, but never did. Just try calling yourself and pressing any of the extensions - all but one for towing request are fake put you on hold, promise someone will answer (who doesn't exist), sometimes you receive an option to leave a message that is never returned, other extensions ring and ring. Time to file in small claims court - for $69 fee - it's worth it!!! read more

This company has terrible customer service, long wait times, and outrageous and very high prices. I had a horrible experience with them and will be telling everyone I can not to use this company. They took 8 hours to get to the tow after they said it would be 1.5 hours and when they finally arrived, they didn't have the right kind of tow truck despite the pictures that were sent of the accident. They ended up sending another company to complete the job. They wanted over 500$ to go less than 5 miles. They did a "manager discount" when I asked why it was so much and lowered it to 380$ plus tax and fees. Communication was poor and I am still waiting for an itemized receipt. My first-year college kid at the U of Idaho slid a few feet off the road in early December. Googled 'Moscow Towing' for help and this company was first entry at the top of the page. Transporter required/demanded she sign a texted Docusign link, agreeing to an insane expense ($730) for pulling her just 5 feet back on to the road. An inexperienced kid, by herself at night, she wouldn't have known this was outrageous. Funds were taken out of her account before he even arrived at location. He refused to give her a receipt for how he came up with that $ when he was on site, saying she could call the main office the next day to get an itemized receipt. I called relentlessly for over a month for an itemized receipt for insurance, leaving messages using every phone # for all of their (in my opinion) scam businesses: Pullman Towing, Moscow Moving, Pullman Moving, Moscow Cleaners, Moscow Plowing. No response. All my emails bounced back as undeliverable, no matter what address I used. For reference, I called a local tow company who is very aware of what Moscow Towing is doing to people. They would have charged her between $125-$175. Moscow Towing makes it impossible to get an itemized receipt because they'd have to show how they came up with their insane #. Their business model is they expect anyone who tries to get an itemized receipt or refund to give up the chase as they carry on doing this to more and more unsuspecting victims. Parent company is 'Clearwater Company' supposedly located in Meridian, Idaho. The address they give is also the address for many businesses in a shared office space, but they're not listed as one of them. I may never get a response, but I've got 6 years according to my insurance company to keep trying. If they've scammed you too, hit up Idaho or Washington State Attorney General and file a complaint. I truly believe it will make a difference because there are sooo many of us out there with the same experience. read more

In our recent experience, we called this company to get help removing our vehicle from a parking lot to our residence a mile away. Five minutes later, we got our vehicle to move. Despite calling this company back immediately, they still charged us close to $400. Many calls to dispute this charge went unanswered and the result unchanged. I would understand a service fee for inconvenience ($25) but $400 is inexcusable and feels like predatory methods on customers in difficult circumstances. We called Moscow Towing on Thanksgiving for a tow. On the phone, they quoted us $700 for a tow. Not knowing if there was anyone else that could help, we told them we will take the tow. Right after our phone call, we got ahold of another tow company he was charging half that ($344). We called back within 5 minutes and asked if we could cancel. They said sure, and that it was not a problem. They said if the charge went through to email them and they'll reverse it. Well, the charge did go through and we've emailed and called multiple times getting nowhere. read more

Do NOT use this company. The address they provide is fake. The owner's brother is in prison for kidnapping. They are a scam. My daughter called because she was stuck in the snow. They charged her $500 and they never even towed her car. Other companies are cheaper. Do your research first. She called to ask for her money back, they said they would refund her. She never got that refund. She's been waiting for 3 weeks now. She is now waiting for her bank to investigate this company. Again, they charged 500 without even towing her car. She tried calling several times. They refused to even answer the phone. Then her boyfriend called. They said they handed it over to their manager but wouldn't even put the manager on the phone. He then called over and over and they wouldn't answer. He drove to the address listed on the website. It belongs to a guy who owns a guitar shop, who then told the backstory to this fraudulent company. Hey Moscow towing, we will not be stopping there. We will be working to make sure everyone knows this is a fraudulent company. Also, to Moscow Towing, your threats to take me to court and sue me for the bad review as you've threatened others will not affect me in any way. Go ahead and try. read more

I was charged 490 dollars for a 15 minute tow that took over an HOUR to arrive, AND they scraped the bottom of my bumper. this company is not registered in the state of Idaho, and they're a definite scam and a waste of time. I made the mistake of not reading reviews because I was in a panic, so please make smarter decisions than I did. this business is a joke and run by morally deprived monsters. read more

I requested a tow in August, canceled within 5 minutes and was told by the attendant that we get a refund for less than 25% of the original $187.23. It is now 5 weeks later no refund no contact via email or phone. There is no way to get a person on the phone at all. You can wait to talk to a person and you are kicked off to a messaging center. I was in a pinch so I didn't have a choice but for a tow of less than 2 miles (1.58 miles to be exact) they charged me $388! I will say they were professional and kind but it is a total rip off. I needed something towed from South Main Street to North Main Street (ummm thats the same street just other sides!). I had previously had my car towed from Genesee to Moscow and it cost less than $250. There are other towing companies that will charge less and do the same thing so this is my heads up for future customers. read more
