Tried to pay a bill I have w them, and pawn a pistol. Josh stared at me, didnt reply. So I asked "no?", and he shrugged his shoulders and looked at me. I asked "is that not ok?". He responded with I dont know, I dont see a gun. I asked if that's how it was, and told him that is great customer service. All he said as I walked away was have a good day. Moscow Pawn already has a poor reputation, and has for several decades. This place is lucky people go there at all, and are too lazy to write a review. I am a long time local. This was just rude AF. I was trying to pay a bill early, AND give them more business. Now I will be saving to go get the original pawned item, and never going back. All he had to ask was my name, look up my original pawn slip. See what I pawned, let me know how much I owe. Look at my new pawn item, price the pawn, subtract the monthly amount owed on item #1. Sign a piece of paper. Get my pawn money for item #2, and leave. Lost a customer, added to a poor reputation. Now I have a beautiful drive to Lewiston. just now Very rude and aggressive workers. The workers do not know current requirements for identification on selling a gun. my drivers liscence does not have my current address so i supplied them with my GOVERNMENT ISSUED hunting and fishing liscence for the state of Idaho. They then refused to accept it because they are uneducated on acceptable forms of i.d's. A simple google search will prove Moscow pawn wrong. Instead of researching the correct requirements to make a deal the employee then got aggressive and very aggravated that I told him he was wrong. Do not waste you're money at this overpriced establishment. Drive down to lewiston for a much better pawn shop with much better deals and prices. I will never again step foot in this joke of a pawn shop and I recommend that no one else does either. If we as a whole community boycott this joke of an establishment that is like cancer then we can get a better more organized pawn shop with a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff that aren't plan arrogant and rude when you ask them a question. read more

If you can go anywhere else to pawn, DO IT. They are a bunch of crooks preying on the desperation of people in need. They take advantage of the monopoly they have, being the only pawn shop in town. The customer service was very pleasant with the lady but told me my rings were worth only $1. They are both silver and one could have a real ruby, which she just said the gems/stones were both glass. Went to another jeweler and they said because its silver it's still worth a lot more even if the gems/stones would possibly not be real. read more
