Her facility is always clean, organized and gives you a feeling of zen. She also was very careful during all covid-related protocols during that timeframe and had great respect for all of her clientele. I go to Laura for her waxing services which she is always amazing, on time and makes it as "pain free" as possible with her expertise, products and chatting to help distract me. A huge point of her clientele is massages and holistic healing in terms of muscles. She does a variety of massages including Thai and therapeutic for different time intervals. This was an incredible experience and I felt safe the entire time. It's a bit of a workout but remember to use your legs. I started out nervous and quickly grew my confidence as we learned 4-5 poses and foot locks. By the end, the instructor recorded each of us to capture what we learned. I felt beautiful, feminine, and confident. There was such joy seeing the end result after just one hour of class. I hoped there were more time options to further my practice and make this a hobby but they have limited time and space. Maybe one day!

Within the first week, we were greeted by name when we walked in. We sampled a variety of classes with different instructors, in both the regular studio and the hot studio. We focused on the beginner level and hot stretch classes. The offerings are diverse and impressive. Every instructor is excellent. Modifications are always provided for those that need them. We got our money's worth out of the one-month trial, attending 3-5 times per week. After our trial period, we decided to purchase the 8 sessions per month membership, due to our busy summer schedule. The memberships are month-to-month (no contract) and can be changed or cancelled at any time, so this flexibility is welcomed. I can definitely see us moving to an unlimited membership during the winter months when our calendar slows down. Since making a concerted effort to add yoga to our fitness regimen, we have noticed significant improvement in flexibility and mobility for our recreational activities that include softball and golf.
