Corissa is my go to instructor but you can't go wrong with any of these amazing people. Bend and Chill is by far my favorite class at Afterglow because it really helps me reflect and meditate after a long day, week, or whatever it may be. I take a picture of my mindfulness card at every Bend and Chill class to help me continue to grow and focus on healing!

Almost all of the classes are all-levels, but there are some teachers who will make you sweat a bit more. Stay by the door and wear shorts if you're not looking for all the heat. Bring a towel (your mat may get slippery) and a water bottle; try a few teachers and see who you vibe with. No one cares if you take a ton of breaks, so it's low stakes to try it out.

Her facility is always clean, organized and gives you a feeling of zen. She also was very careful during all covid-related protocols during that timeframe and had great respect for all of her clientele. I go to Laura for her waxing services which she is always amazing, on time and makes it as "pain free" as possible with her expertise, products and chatting to help distract me. A huge point of her clientele is massages and holistic healing in terms of muscles. She does a variety of massages including Thai and therapeutic for different time intervals. Everyone leaving their appointments always look relaxed, comfortable and relieved. She also hosts group yoga and yin (time, space and gentle compressions to release blockages as well as guided meditation.) which are popular. I highly recommend trying a package so you can try anything you would like at an even better price. Natascha and all the instructors are very kind people who really listen to what you are trying to achieve from your yoga experience. I was hesitant to go into yoga at all because I'm heavier and self conscious. I've mainly attended classes with Natascha as the instructor and I love how she give pose variation options. If you need to ease up to a pose or want to try for more of a challenge. The space is ample and simple, parking is plentiful and easy to get to and the location can't be beat. Close to so many stores and other things that you really can't go wrong. It's not out of the way or in a too busy of an area.
