Sometimes it's hotter than others but hey it's chilli! The size of the dish is huge and the prawns aren't those tiny little things that really shouldn't be classed as prawns! They are big prawns and there is a good serving of them also! Not just one or two! My partner will rather get pizza or the chicken schnitzel, I know he is always happy with the pizza but the schnitzel from memory he hasn't been happy with a few times ( I can't remember why, sorry). Iv had a Mint Mojito before and I just couldn't drink it, it really wasn't the best cocktail Iv personally had. Iv been here twice with large groups and the meals came out reasonably quick considering. Although the last time I went we waited over 1hr and a half for our meals as apparently the kitchen had lost or confused our orders? The staff were really good about it and we got a round of free drinks (what ever our choosing including alcohol) and I believe we got (from memory) 30-40% off our total bill! I've been a loyal customer for a number of years of Pizza Capers at Meadowbrook. However a recent…read moreexperience has meant that I'll no longer be going back there. We had someone moving in and so we thought pizzas would be an easy and convenient meal with so much mess at home. I ordered three pizzas and my partner picked them up. When we opened the pizza boxes at home we found they were all over-cooked, with parts of them being burnt. (They cost just over $60.00). It was now getting late and we still had a lot of work to do, so I contacted the store a day or two later. The owner of the store wanted photos which I sent him, and I also had the receipt. His response, when it eventually came (I had to wait several days) was that he didn't think they were burnt and that he couldn't find any record of us ever ordering pizzas from his store, and so therefore he wouldn't be offering any form of refund. I contacted Pizza Capers head office and explained the situation. After much to-ing and fro-ing, they sent me a gift voucher for $25. That's it? The pizzas cost just over $60! What I objected to the most was the store owners attitude that I was making it all up just to get free stuff, even after being a loyal customer for years. All we wanted was something to eat and yet we were served a shoddy product. You'd think at least they would reimburse the cost of the pizzas in full. If that's how they treat their customers then I have no desire to ever go back there again.

The delivery service costs more than most others, yet they parked in my driveway and told me to come out to get my order. The food was terrible, lacking ingredients that were supposed to be included, and some of it was burned on top - barely edible. Will never order from here again !!!.
