I'll start with the more difficult ones: 1) Some of my wooden exterior steps had rotted out. So he demo'd the nasty stuff and replaced it in a seamless fashion. This will keep me feeling safe when guests (especially kids) are running up and down this area. Prior to doing this, he sent me several visuals on options and costing for each. LOVE THIS. 2) He replaced a wooden beam seamlessly in my pergola. Way too difficult for me to do. And now I know who to go to if another beam doesn't hold up in this Colorado weather. I've uploaded the photo -- it's seamless. While the big projects will get attention, I appreciated that he quoted out and delivered rapidly on a number of nagging things for me. Off the top of my head, he: 1) repaired fence gate that had slipped over the year (huge PITA for me, but swiftly done), 2) repaired a few air vents, 3) rewired a light switch, 4) replaced some light fixtures, etc. Considering his very fair pricing, he will be my go-to for projects around the house. I researched and got quotes from other handymen. Don't let his lack of reviews scare you. I called a number of his references and the guy knows what he is doing.
