Additional, he excised extra skin that I had around the breast area. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I feel great. I'm sore, but I am not in pain. The soreness that I have is equivalent to do Barrys Bootcamp class followed by a 90min spin class. It feels like a workout burn. Dr. Craft is so incredibly friendly and so incredibly talented. A friends referred me to him and I'm so happy she did. On the day of my consultation, he took the time to get to know me and understand my goals. He also took the time to draw on my body and mark the areas that he could operate one and he gave me a strong idea of what the outcome would look like. I booked the surgery within days of my first meeting with him. I want to also say that his staff are warm and naturally friendly. Yenifer is my patient coordinator and through it all she communicated well with me. She's so incredibly friendly. Norma, who is the front desk supervisor is incredibly warm and friendly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Anna, Dr. Craft's wife and she is so cheerful and nice. You can tell that they treat all of their patients like family. On the day of my surgery Dr. Craft gave me a fist bump, a true indication of his really fun and calming personality. He again marked my body and went over the surgery step by step. The anesthesiologist was really nice and helped to calm my fears. The OR nurse and team were great. What I really appreciated is that after surgery they allowed me to spend time in recovery. I was in recovery for about 1 1/2 hours. The nurse who was with me was outstanding. Making sure I was fully alert, feeding me water and crackers, checking my blood pressure and heart rate constantly. I was truly in good hands. Dr. Craft's team called me after surgery, and Dr. Crafted called me too. I'm so excited to see how it all turns out but I can say just from looking at my body in the mirror so far, that Dr. Craft is an expert at his craft!! I highly, highly, highly recommend him.

She got me on the schedule in super short notice and even some last minute testing at the hospital. It was like God sent her to me because I almost made a mistake of going to a subpar surgeon. I wasn't at all....just excited. I couldn't wait for the hospital to give me those results so doc could "hook me up". not one second did I worry because Dr. Rosenbaum was perfect!!! So was His office, his staff, the hospital staff, and most importantly....my boobies are perfect. Lucky for me I have quite a few people want me to go with them to Dr. Rosenthal in the future so it sounds like I'll be having some excuses to see him again soon. I guess I should also mention that the entire healing process has been easier than expected. I wouldn't quite say it was even painful. It was a heavy discomfort in the beginning three days but FORTUNATELY nothing like I expected. the only difficulty has been remembering what NOT to do (reach too high, carry something too heavy) because I forget I'm still healing. The office is a bit of a drive from Miami, which is manageable, but 30-minute waits seem to be the norm. Today, I waited an entire hour to see Dr. Earle, with no meaningful update or explanation for the delay. I ultimately had to leave without seeing him because I needed to get back to work. I informed the front desk, but I never received an apology, acknowledgment of the inconvenience, or follow-up about rescheduling. To make matters worse, I subsequently received a message that appeared to contain information intended for another patient, including a reference to being cleared for surgery that morning, despite my own procedure having taken place five months ago. This raises concerns about the practice's organization and handling of patient information. While I find Dr. Earle pleasant and appreciate the lack of significant scarring, I feel his approach to aesthetics may be more conservative than what I was looking for. Ultimately, my concern is the disconnect between the premium prices charged and the level of service provided. I paid for my surgery in full upfront, and experiences like today's leave me questioning whether patient satisfaction remains a priority once payment has been received. I understand that surgical results aren't guaranteed, but I believe professionalism, communication, and respect for patients' time should be.
