I just had a Most unpleasant experience TRYING to hire this company to tow my vehicle. Repeatedly the rude individual on the phone instructed me to " call someone else " because he couldn't tow me until at least tonite or tomorrow, which ended up being tomorrow at the earliest. I never even got a chance to tell him that would be fine as he hung up on me after, again, telling me to call someone else. He also instructed me that from my 1st call ( I was shopping rates ) until I called back (about 7 min. ) he had taken 3 more calls. I think he was offended I didn't just jump on his rate first. lol. Strange man. "Call someone else" is his answer....so I will. Would NOT recommend this place at all. I'd CALL SOMEONE ELSE 1st. read more

I was just in a wreck where my front end was completely torn up. The officer responded to the scene and asked if I would like a wrecker called. I told him my dad could get it but it would take a minute because he was on his way back from Dallas, so the officer went ahead and called the wrecker. At first he seemed polite and helpful. He asked for my insurance information and I showed him my insurance card. He simply said "alright you're set"and he loaded the car onto the wrecker and gave me a lift back to his shop. I told the wrecker that my dad could be there to pick it up the next day. He didn't say anything in response. I had also called another nearby relative to give me a ride back home. When my ride got there I checked in with him to see if I was good to go. That's when he decided to tell me that if it stayed overnight it would be taken to impound and there would be a bunch of additional fees. I said "well you didn't tell me that. Hang on, let me call my dad and see if he can get it tonight." By that time my dad had arrived home so he hitched up the trailer and started heading on his way. I apologized to my ride and told her she could go home since my dad would be there shortly. That's when he started acting rude out of nowhere. He called me into his office with a very sharp tone, and told me that the fee for the 3 mile trip from where the wreck was would be 225$. I explained to him that I was between jobs waiting for my first paycheck from my new job and simply didn't have that much cash right now and he said he wouldn't take it off the wrecker until he had the money. I tried to discuss with him but he simply got up and said "well it's going to impound then". I said "wait my dads on his way. You're not taking my car anywhere. If I need to call the police so we can have this discussion I will." He responded "I knew you were a bullshitter". I said "screw you". He said "price just went up" and started walking to the door. I got in the way and leaned against the doorframe with both hands on my phone and looking down at it, not presenting myself as a threat, and simply said "I'm calling the police, you're not taking my car anywhere." When the police arrived they wouldn't even listen to anything I had to say. They asked me what was going on and I started to speak when the old man told the officer "let me talk to you" and proceeded to tell them that I was intimidating him and because he's such a nice guy he's not gonna press charges. I won't go into the details after that but we did get my car back and I'm banned from his premises. read more

This man was the rudest human being I have ever encountered in my life. Within minutes of my wreck occurring I had my 4 grandchildren crying standing in weeds in the July heat, EMTs asking for permission to treat, a policeman asking for proof of insurance and my drivers license when out of the corner of my eye I see a tow truck loading my car up before I was given the opportunity to get everything out. I knew I would need to tell the tow truck driver where my insurance company would want my car to be taken. So I immediately called my insurance company and they gave me the business location to have my car taken. I told the driver where my car needed to go and he said "I'm not taking it there". At this point I start crying and the insurance adjuster heard what he said to me and asked that I let her talk to him. I handed him my phone and after a few minutes he hands me my phone back and said I am not arguing with y'all and starts to walk off. I then followed him and asked if he wasn't taking my car where the insurance company requested where was he taking it. He then handed me a business card and said it will be at my office and after that I am moving it to my storage lot. When you are involved in an accident it is probably the most vulnerable you will ever feel in your life. You do not need someone like this driver treating you this way. On the scene everyone else was compassionate and caring. If I could I would give this company a 0 rating but that is not an option. read more

I was sooo disgusted with this mans service "Morton" at the time of my wreck he was called by the city where I told him my insurance didn't cover towing services he stated he "had been dealing with insurances for years" and would make them pay if they didn't he wouldn't make me pay.. My car was in there for a week he was trying to get my insurance to pay when I had already told him it wouldn't cover he wouldn't release my car until a payment was made I had to pay this liar $600 out of my pocket he was rude and disrespectful to us when we would try to call him he would hang up on us.
