I don't even know where to start!! BEST storage place ever!!! My husband and I have a storage unit here. Things did not go as planned in California. This place was very understanding!!! The women I spoke with was very good with communication!!!!! I have never called and not got a call back! My first time having a storage unit and I would recommend this to anyone. 10 star read more

I can tell I'm not the only one upset with the un-professionalism of this "manager"... i went there to get something out of my storage unit and realized that they changed the locking system on the gate and i didn't even know or have my code... the next day I called them and left a message about my concern, i didn't hear back from the lady and it had been 2 hrs since I left the message so i called her back again and still no one picked up, but I finally got a call back shortly after leaving the second message and was told by the lady that there wasn't a storage unit under my name, so I told her then it is under my ex boyfriend's name, who was there when I got the unit.. she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't help me since it wasn't under my name, i told her I'm the one who has been paying for it that she could look that up and she said that didn't matter and that she couldn't give me the lock code.. I had my ex-boyfriend call her to ask for the code and why weren't we orginally given it and she told him that she couldn't give it out without him coming in person with his id to get it (really, did everyone else have to do that or are you just being difficult?) and she said they had tried to reach out to give us the code but the number on file was no longer active (we had recieved snail mail from them in the past and the least they could of done was send out a notice of the issue and to contact them)... I then call the lady back very upset at this point and still she didn't pick up, so I left another message to tell her that if she doesn't get us the code then I will have to go there with the cops to get access to my storage unit, the lady never called me back and instead called my ex-boyfriend to tell him to tell me not to threaten her... he ended up talking me down from bringing the cops into it so we showed up by ourselves and the lady told me I'm not welcomed on the property and we have 30 days to remove our stuff, all because I threatened to get the cops involved.... it's sad that they let this petty manager manage their business becuz they just lost a loyal 4 yr customer over there wrong doing but not giving us the lock code in the first place and granted our number was no longer valid but it just goes to show u how little they care about customer service because like I said they could have sent us a notice in the mail and we could have taken care of this way more professionally read more

Due to new management Ive been harassed, disrespected and my privacy invaded. Many renters I've talked to have the same feeling. I feel unwelcomed and feel like I can't do what's needed being told I can't put stuff in the aisle and being warned about it. The experience isn't what I had prior with other management. read more

Well, I can see I'm not the only one who had a problem with this manager. I reserved a unit early in the morning when it became clear I would need to store some bedding and chairs during my move. I arrived at 9 am and could not find an entrance or office, so I called the number listed on my e-mail confirmation. No answer, so I left a message. I called repeatedly, and finally got a hold of someone after about 20 minutes (their hours are clearly listed on their website and in the confirmation e-mail). The manager demanded to know when I made the reservation, and then rudely informed me "it's barely even 9 am, I had other things to do this morning." I pointed out to her the hours were posted, and she said "calm down ma'am." Are you kidding? Anyway, she came to the gate, and kept pointing at the street-- I asked what she meant, and she wanted me to park there. I did, and went to the gate. She asked what I was storing (weird question-- it's not really her business as long as it's not illegal, but whatever). She stated that it would take 15-20 minutes before I could "check in" in the office-- I have no idea why. I tried asking a question about the gate, and she said "if you will just let me explain, I'll tell you." EVERY question was met with this response. I pointed out her rudeness and that I'd like to get past whatever issue she had (with me showing up on time, it seems), and she decided I could not rent there-- I argued with her, as I had a reservation, and she was like "I have the right to refuse service." I then asked for the owner's information so I could complain, and she refused. She then insisted I leave the property, which I did, and I told my Dad (who was parked across the street) that we would not be using that unit b/c the manager was horribly rude. She screamed "that's right, you will not be staying here, b--ch." I did lose it at that point-- there was no reason for her to shout across the street at us, we were done interacting with her at this point. I called her some names and while I normally would feel bad, with THIS person? Not remotely. I went to my car to call another facility, and she screamed that she was calling the police and to move my car. ON A PUBLIC STREET. Are you kidding me? YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TELL PEOPLE THEY CANNOT BE ON A PUBLIC ROAD. This woman is ruining your business, whoever the owner is-- note that all but one HUGE facility in MB were totally sold out, and this one had dozens of vacancies. Brittany, your manager, is the reason. Read these reviews. I am considering suing for harassment due to the threat of calling the police on me when I was sitting in my car on a public road. Brittany needs to go-- it's not my fault she can't show up on time, or answer her phone. BTW-- I've worked in customer service for 15 years. After this video was filmed I was given until the end of the month to remove my belongings. I only filmed the video because of how rediculous the manager had been with me the day before, in order to document her behavior to show to the owners in the event that she attempted to claim I had done something wrong in order to evict me. I was never late with a payment, as a matter of fact I prepaid for my entire 6months and at the time this video was recorded I had a fifteen dollar credit on my account. In all I was charged $130 in fines for leaving 4 minutes after 9pm twice at $60 per incident and $10 once for this manager saying that a guest I had on the property, not me but my guest had been seen on camera smoking, which I agreed too pay and did so.After this altercation in which the manager phoned the police and in the video is seen acting like I'm assaulting her to try to get them to arrive sooner to remove me from the property meanwhile I am nowhere near her and am try to leave the premesis she deactivates my gate code in order to keep me from leaving. I was told by the arriving officer that the manager said the owners would be in the next day.The officer said that the manager would ask the owners to contact me.The next day when I heard nothing from the owners I phoned the facility only to be greeted by the same manager who at this point tells me that I cannot speak to the owners and that the police had told me that the day before. She stated that she is the manager and that she wants my items removed by the end of the month. It took me a full day of volleying back and forth with her and having to call the officer who was on scene that day and ask him to call and ask for the owners to contact me before the owner finally contacted me, and unfortunately he stood behind her decision to terminate my tenancy and when I asked him to please view my video and explained to him the circumstances he refused to let me show it to him. I can't believe anyone like her would ever even be considered for a management position, horrible management and people skills I wouldn't hire her to manage a mourge. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this facility not even the security of the gate is enough to make anyone want to be subjected to such poor treatment. Hopefully the owners come to their senses and relinquish her of her position before their business becomes a ghost town. read more
