Our experience with Full Strength Siding was highly frustrating and required constant micromanaging…read morejust to ensure the job was done correctly. We had to continuously watch the crew to catch major concerns. For instance, we discovered active wood rot that they had simply covered right over with house wrap. When we pointed this out, the owner dismissively stated, "we already fixed some rot," rather than addressing the actual issue at hand. We were also told in another statement " Good thing you took off work to catch these issues". A condescending response to issues that we shouldn't have to take off work to catch. We also had to point out several unlevel siding boards, which were ultimately never fixed. Furthermore, asking simple questions regarding the wrapping and Hardie Board brands met with a highly aggravated response, rather than a simple confirmation that the brands were correct. Any time we brought up a concern, we just got the run-around from Tony to the extreme of being called a "Karen" from the owner. This did cause hightened emotions from us as well. To make matters worse, they attempted to up-charge us over a gable vent. We sent them a direct link to the exact vent we wanted, but they installed the wrong one anyway. They then tried to hit us with a $425 change order just to swap it out for the one we originally requested. Mind that we went out and purchased the correct gable vent ourselves. What makes this worse is the hypocrisy with their pricing. Our soffits were originally planned to be Hardie Board, but due to our soffit design, they had to be switched to vinyl. Since vinyl is a cheaper option, we asked for a change order to reflect that price difference. We were flatly told, "We don't do change orders, we will take care of you", we never saw that cost adjustment. Yet, they had no problem trying to charge us a hefty change order fee for their own mistake on the vent. The painting portion of the project also showed a severe lack of attention to detail. The flashing wasn't cleaned prior to painting, meaning debris and bugs were simply painted right over. Furthermore, the painting "crew" brought their children with them. A younger, elementary-aged child spent all day rummaging around our garage and teetering around the property. At the end of the project we were promptly asked for remainder of payment without the work site being properly cleaned. There was still siding debris, plastic and nails scattered around the property. They came back out picked up some debris but we had to call them back a third time as nails were still present and a risk to our dogs. This is absolutely not the level of professionalism or quality oversight you expect to see when you are spending $40,000 with a company. We also asked about a veterans discount and were told they would add it at the end, that was never seen. I do want to note that when Jon took over our project, his professionalism was markedly improved. Communication was easier and less difficult. I would not recommend Tony if you expect honest service, quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and basic professional standards. Approach this company with caution.

Tim of Ibis came right out to my home to give me an estimate. Then he actually followed up with a professional emailed estimate. The estimate described all areas to be painted & a detail of what is to be expected. His team arrived on the day I was told. The Forman Caesar was very easy to communicate with. They covered everything in my home. This was especially important to me because part of the job was painting my ceilings. They pulled all nails and patched the holes where I had pictures and mirrors. I was told the job would probably take 3 days. (was getting my whole house painted. ) They ended up finishing in 2 days. The work was very professional. Any spots that I felt needed attention Caesar remedied right away before leaving the job. I got several estimates and although I did receive some that were lower I made my choice based on the professionalism of the estimate and the fact that Ibis was highly recommended. I am extremely satisfied & my home looks fresh & clean.

We wanted a room built around a 16' SwimSpa which was a challenging project which several other builders were unable to even quote us because they didn't know how to build the vault to sink the spa 3 feet below ground level and creat a trap floor deck to allow access to the mechanics. Keith knew exactly what we needed and promptly put together a beautiful de sign that included a proper dehumidifier, fan to vent fumes and an external heat pump so we can heat the spa more efficiently (and it cools the water too!). Every aspect of his design was perfect! Our addition is stunning. Once we moved the exercise equipment into the addition, Keith had his team reconfigure one of the bedrooms that was on a split hallway from our main bedroom so it now opens into our main bedroom. This leaves us with two private guest rooms and a guest bath adding a walk-in dressing room off the main bedroom. It is so amazing - the closet space we now have is enviable. His main crew Jimmy and Mike are master craftsmen who not only build your dream but are super nice and wonderful to work with. We are so thankful we found Keith and his team and highly highly highly recommend this Company and Crew. He kept us in the loop throughout the project (via text and calls), explained every step of the permit process in a way we could easily understand, worked hard to get the project done even with some supply chain delays and was wonderful with add-ons and changes my spouse came up with during the project. We can't say enough good things about Keith and are so fortunate we found this amazing company to do our remodel. They really are Remodeling Pros!

Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! That is poor customer service I work in the trade industry-as well, but not what they do, but I know what I do for a living demands quality and customer service are the most important thing for what I do. Would not recommend them and won't ever do business with them ever again !

Mistake after mistake with Greystone at times having to fix their initial "fix". Apparently workers did not look at the plans (a copy of which was on site). Phone desk to be lower than other cabinets initially installed at same height as other cabinets. Plans showed Mbath sink to be on left of counter but plumber moved plumbing to the right. Had to fix it. Plumber raised shower arm 5-6" contrary to plan and explicit denial of permission to raise it on day 1. They didn't want to fix it; I insisted. When lowered, no thread tape used on shower arm causing leak that had to be fixed under warranty. Leak caused white tiles to turn grayish. Research showed spec sheet said tiles were not suitable for shower floor; floor had to be replaced. Greystone initially refused to fix shower step plate issues which caused issues with shower door placement. Had to redo glass (and quartz on half wall in addition to step plate). Step plate tilted out of shower instead of in toward shower; had to be fixed under warranty. Contracted for regrout of Mbath floor (avalanche white grout). They did resurfacing instead. Old grout quickly showed through. First "fix" was smearing a GRAY substance over the grout/tile edges in those areas. They finally hired grout expert to do regrout contracted for. They had to lower the vanity after talking me into installing it higher because it hit me in a painful place when I reached for the faucet. Many other issues. Repeated theme: They didn't want to fix damage if it could be covered up or have something placed in front of it so it wouldn't be seen. In fairness, PM overseeing warranty work was great; went above/beyond to ensure things were fixed right. Does good warranty work make months of mistakes and stressful battles to get things fixed worthwhile? Decide for yourself.

Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. I wasn't disappointed with my decision.
