Richard did a great job installing our black aluminum sliding gate and fence in 2022. Recently a vehicle didn't make it through our sliding gate before it closed and the gate sustained damage. It took a while but we finally received a quote ($495.00). Richard was on site to fix our gate but the fence was left exactly how he found it. With the exception of moving the bracket partially off the post. I gave payment to Richard before examining the repair. We paid for a service that was not rendered. I have emailed and called Michael a few times requesting a refund or that they make good on the repair. I have not heard back from him or anyone at the company.

I reached out a few days later to try and determine another time that would work and was advised: we think it would be better if you called someone else for your fencing needs. Respectfully Dan Gross Frontline Fencing No explanation, nothing. I called John to make him aware of what was said and he laughed. I advised that we had a large fencing project that they just lost out on and he responded with "ok have a nice day." Evidently trying to gain business and actually work is not what Frontline Fencing is interested in. Glad we didn't get any further in the process.
