I asked for their prices for this same service and they told me the cost per break and rudder and said including service it shouldn't be any more than $300. Wow pretty reasonable! I then went to get a tuneup and explained how I thought it may be the spark plugs. Russ fixed them within a couple of house for $140! My experience with auto places as been full of sleezy men who make me feel uncomfortable and overcharge me under the manipulation they are "giving me a deal". It's caused me to procrastinate super long just to avoid the anxiety of going to the auto shop. I was so relieved at the friendliness of all of the employees here and I truly feel this place is not in the business of swindling you. It's good to have an honest, transparent auto shop in the neighborhood!

Also the first gas machine is always broken or mostly it's broken . We are lucky this gas station still has gas . If that isn't enough they have an employee that leaves every 10 minutes to go pray. Which is fine it's a free country. However they have only one employee working . So he literally shuts the whole gas station down to go pray for 10 minutes. I figured that the slow oil leak finally gave out with the cold weather and the gasket blew in the engine. I honestly figured I would be scrapping my car today. After walking over and talking to one of the mechanics, Jerry. He told me to pull my car around and he would check it out for me today and give me a call if it's fixable or not worth it (I told him I didn't really want to put money into the car). He said they were super busy today but he will squeeze me in. Once I got there he asked if I could hang for a few min to diagnose the car and checked it out immediately. After lifting the car and checking everything they realized it was a clogged oil filter. It was so clogged that oil wasn't passing through and some of it was leaking everywhere. When they removed it I think a few of the guys got covered in oil (I kinda felt bad to be honest but they all laughed it off). Because oil got everywhere they also proceeded to clean underneath my car with some foam stuff and then ran it a little to burn what was left off. They were incredibly funny, helpful, patient, personable and honest. I spoke mostly to Jerry and the gentleman inside at the register who was also amazing. Even though I live 30 min from here and they helped me in a pinch, I will definitely bring my car back if anything else goes wrong. Service was incredible.
