As soon as I met the individual helping me with my car, I received a hello and a handshake and was asked to sign off on the damage that was already done to my vehicle. I did and asked how much his services would cost. My insurance covered everything but about 4 maybe 5 miles of the trip to the location that my car was being taken to. So I spent a grand total of $27 (well my neighbor did - he wrecked the car, his job to pay for everything). He then handled the tow and drove my car to the Chevy Dealership that my insurance rep recommended (mainly because of their location). Upon arriving at the dealership, the man that towed my car (really wish that I got his name) talked to whoever it was that came outside. They agreed on a spot to unload my car and proceeded to do so. This took a while since my keys were missing (see my review for Dan's Repair in Victor, Iowa) but was still done in a timely manner. I then got my receipt, another handshake and was entirely satisfied with the way our business was conducted. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing automotive assistance. At least for any towing needs. I don't have any experience with the repair services that they offer but I'm willing to give them a shot since I will need repairs made in the near future. And if their mechanics are as nice as their tow guys I'd be even more willing to do business with them. I'm all about getting service from people with a good attitude. read more
