We agreed to the price, signed a contract he wrote and gave him a third of the total price. First day on the job, about a week after we signed the contract, he informs us that he couldnt actually do the work written in the contract. We cancelled the work based on his admission of being unable to complete the job. He has not returned the money we initially paid him. He lied and said he would sent it out. We are having to take him to court.
