The work I had done was sloppy and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I asked to have a link repaired on a necklace and they soldered it and created an unsightly, grey clump of silver that ruined the chain and made it unwearable. Owner replied to my first review I posted this week by denying our experience at her store, gaslit me and told me she was going to ask Yelp to delete my review because it was damaging to her business. Sounded like she was having a melt down over the truth getting out. I noticed after that 3 people conveniently posted on the same day positive reviews when her listing on Yelp never gets too many Yelp reviews in a short amount of time, let alone same day. Very Interesting. She must've told her employees, friends, clients and/ or followers about my review and asked or manipulated them into to feeling bad for her and going in to leave more 5 star positive reviews to boost her rating back up. Owner is damaging their own business by how she treats some people as if they're more trusted to shop there than "others" who look a certain way. Take some accountability and deliver a better customer experience to ALL people who come in and haven't done anything wrong, especially repeat customers.
