I called Alan's Appliance Service, left a message and wondered how long I'd have to wait for a return call and if he could even come out today. Andy, Owner, Technician and Appliance Superhero, called back within minutes and said he could repair my fridge within a few hours. He arrived on time and quickly determined the motherboard needed to be replaced--fridges have motherboards? I authorized the repair and a few minutes later I heard the best, most annoying sound ever: the hum of my refrigerator motor! The time from the message left for Alan's Appliance Service to a fixed refrigerator was under 3hours and cost was under $350.00!!! So before spending an arm and a leg replacing your hot fridge, call Alan's!!!! PS--In the past he also saved us from having to replace a dryer that wasn't drying anymore. Once an appliance hero, always an appliance hero!

The washer was not taking in water. He 's a nice friendly guy& after checking told me the computer board was faulty. Was $300 for the new board & $240 for install & service call. Total $ 540. Next day service. A new washer would have been $539 at Lowe's. You think no brainer right? Ask Dustin to do it, rather than have to wait& who knows what! He came the next day & done!!! Worth it! If & when something goes out,I'll get a better washer& a warranty( which I never buy) Tip : appliances are made to last 2-5 years sad , but true ! Recommend Dustin any time!!
