Told me I needed to make an appt with a office in Salem because my son had an abscess under his cap, and told me I might as well make one for my other son as well because we weren't welcome back. RUDE RUDE RUDE! As for myself I stopped going there a few years ago because the dentist said hes surprised my face looked normal with how messed up my teeth are. (I lost all 4 front teeth at the age of two and have an inch over bite but straight teeth.)

Their flexible and convenient hours make it easy to fit appointments into a busy schedule -- something every parent can appreciate. Recently, I had a dental emergency, and within less than 24 hours, they got me in for an early 7:00 AM appointment to assess the situation. Not only did they assess the situation and quickly identify the problem, but they also came up with an immediate solution which they offered to do right then and there-- replacing a crown on my tooth. SAME DAY! What really impressed me was how thoughtful and accommodating the entire staff was. They kept my 6- and 7-year-olds entertained the whole time, which made the visit stress-free for everyone. On top of that, they went the extra mile handling my insurance and coordinating with my previous dentist to make sure I got the best possible price. Despite my, perceived, emergency and the extra steps involved, they had everything done in time for us to make it to school and work on time at 8:00 am. The only review I found on Michelle Hasbrook here on yelp (dated 2/7/2019) was a one star, four sentence blast that I found defamatory and inexcusable by the reviewer. I am and have been a patient of Hasbrook's since Dr James Epple handed over his practice and his established clients over to Michelle some 15 or so years ago. I STAND by my personal reputation, as a checker with Safeway, Dallas, OR, for twenty years [and the customers of Dallas, Monmouth, Independence, Falls City and surrounds that know me by name, and by practice, customers who seek me out because of the service they will get when dealing with me... ]. Hasbrook's behavior as a dental caregiver professional is unimpeachable. I call BULL if you rely only on the comments of 2/7/2019. I refute the claims that Hasbrook is "rude", "cold", financially not understanding, and the image of a daughter (young enough to be seen with thumb in mouth, i.e. tender) "made to cry"? I love Dr. Flowers's office. The drive is about 15 minutes from my house which is really great and I love the set up of the office. It's large and roomy and it feels comfy. The ladies that work in the front are super nice and the parking lot is spacious with beautiful trees. It's across the street from Good Samaritan Hospital so it's wonderful to be so close to where I go to all my other doctors and not driving really far like I used to when I first got here. It's good when you can get everyone together. On a footnote I was so impressed with Dr. Flowers personality. She's very genuine and wholesome. Those are great qualities in a doctor. I intend to stay here as long as I live in this area. I am so glad I found this location.

"It's just what the computer generates."…read moreI had given them my insurance card and later called to confirm that they knew from my card that they were not in-plan, but instead of an estimate based on that they produced an estimate showing that my insurance would pay 80%. Trusting them, I proceeded with the dental work. Yea, I should have checked myself, but they should not have misrepresented their professionalism by giving me an estimate they KNEW to be false. It's not just a simple mistake - their practice is set up to operate that way.

I went back a couple of weeks later. They did the filling replacement but still no cleaning. I complained a bit do they fit me in later that day. All in all a good experience. A couple of things I would change. They always try to have you leave your purse and go somewhere else, which I don't do. I also don't need to be patted on the should while the dr is giving me a shot. I would have said something but you are stuck with your mouth open and no way to say knock it off. And all my invoices come with my husband's name on them. I've been to many dental offices this is new and kind of odd given how we are all worried about privacy and such. The dentistry itself seems very modern and up to date. Which is why I will likely continue here but a few things as I previously mentioned I would change.
