Trusting them, I proceeded with the dental work. Yea, I should have checked myself, but they should not have misrepresented their professionalism by giving me an estimate they KNEW to be false. It's not just a simple mistake - their practice is set up to operate that way.

A couple of things I would change. They always try to have you leave your purse and go somewhere else, which I don't do. I also don't need to be patted on the should while the dr is giving me a shot. I would have said something but you are stuck with your mouth open and no way to say knock it off. And all my invoices come with my husband's name on them. I've been to many dental offices this is new and kind of odd given how we are all worried about privacy and such. The dentistry itself seems very modern and up to date. His office only uses composite (the white resin) so no nasty mercury fillings. The numbing shot did not hurt at all and the drill is so much quieter than it was a few years ago. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and what it would feel like. I know most people might not need that but I definitely get anxious during dental visits. Long story short, I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore! I can't wait to go back to get my other filling done and get started on my clear aligners. Plus free whitening for life!
