This is a terrific alternative to the sometimes higher priced hotels in central Stockholm. The hotel is easy to get to by taking a train and then a very short bus ride. The bus stop in less than two minutes away. Thereafter, there is a subway (fifteen minute walk) and tram station (ten minute walk) that will take you to central Stockholm.
The check-in process was easy and took less than three minutes. The hotel reception area is small but the nearby kitchen and quiet seating area (consider taking your breakfast to this room) were really nice. Speaking of breakfast, I thought it was excellent and it was great to have eggs and bacon first thing.
The rooms were decent sized and contained a bed, an additional bunkbed, flat-screen, desk, night lights on each side of the bed and a decent sized bathroom. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the internet was fast. We were pleased enough to try to rent our room for a day the following week but they were sold out.
There is a large really nice supermarket three minutes away, a nice park two minutes away and a river with a walking trail along side (three minutes away) that will take you all the way to Stockholm. The hotel staff was especially friendly and I plan to stay here in the future. read more
