After my appointment I book my next appointment, this way I get points and it adds up to cash to use for products or another service. Since I've been with Asia my services have been great. This time was different. I had to switch my appointments last minutes due to I was called to Jury Duty. I took whoever was available and that was a mistake. I should have just made a new appointment with Asia. I didn't think that having the. On all person would be an issue. The waxing took much longer then when Asia does it and felt different. When I got home I realized that something went wrong. My skin was still sticky and there was a large chunk of wax still stuck to my skin that I immediately pulled off and tossed. That wasn't the worse part. I looked at my clothing later an there was wax adhering to my clothing. I tried to get it off and was able to get some of it off, but some still remains. I called and they suggested I wash it with hot water and soap, but they said it's never happened before and they weren't sure. I have a feeling it's not water soluble as it's wax. I agree this has never happened before in my last 2 years of visits. I'm really at a loss of what to do as I don't want to ruin my clothing. If anyone has suggesting I'll take it. The fabric is cotton, but delicate so I don't really want to experiment too much and I would have to toss it. To add to it I still feel sticky from the wax and I can't seem to rub it off. Never again will I got with a substitute. It's Asia or no one. Yes, I called and I'm waiting for a manager to call me back.

Sometimes you'll leave her chair with nice brows, and sometimes you'll leave with ugly brows. Today, I left her chair with UGLY/CHOPPY brows. Her work is soooo inconsistent, and she seems miserable there. I gave this place too many tries, and now it's time to move on!
