I had a wonderful experience working with Ben at Woven Art Studio to install a runner in my home…read more Ben was very responsive and communicative and especially patient with me as we had many iterations of looking through samples and changing my mind before finally deciding on a runner as well as binding material and color. Ben provided valuable guidance and expertise in differentiating between fabrics, designs and manufacturers. He was also very fairly priced as I spoke with multiple other stores as well. On the day of installation, Ben was hands-on making sure to oversee the installation and provide further input. He was even able to utilize leftover material for an additional staircase and 2 area rugs in my home! I will continue to recommend Ben and Woven Art Studio to my friends, colleagues and clients!

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a furniture store. The sale…read moreprocess was easy and pleasant but as soon as an initial deposit was paid, the owners/employees acted completely unprofessionally. For example, furniture delivery times were set based on the convenience of the store and the delivery company out of NJ - I was given no say in the day or time of delivery and deliveries were scheduled on the day before they were to occur. My attempt to discuss my dissatisfaction with the way the delivery was scheduled was turned into a personal attack on me in which I was accused of wanting things to go badly. In fact, after I complained, I was no longer treated with respect: I was talked over /steamrolled to the point where I would not get a word in edgewise and I was told I needed to move the damaged armoire they delivered myself (even though I was 9 months pregnant!) so that I could read them a serial number off the back. To make matters worse, since the company is owned and operated by a mother and her daughters, it was impossible to speak with someone impartial when an issue arose. Although the store was quick to brag about its customer service, I never experienced it. I would advise everyone to avoid this store.
