I read dozens of car rental reviews and was extremely skeptical especially since I needed an automatic. I found Morini and from Miami, Florida, we rented a vehicle in advance. The price was reasonable, fair and they also had an automatic. When we arrived, unfortunately, the woman the day before, had crashed her rental vehicle so we were given an upgrade to a nice automatic BMW. After signing the papers, inspecting the vehicle, we were out the door in less than 30 minutes. In fact, when we returned the vehicle, within less than 5 minutes, they were kind enough to have a shuttle bus take my family and I directly to the Milano airport. There are no hidden charges and service is exceptional. Will use this rental company only in the future and highly recommend them. They are an excellent, honest and transparent company that really does care about their customers. read more
