He was able to point out problems that a previous tree "specialists" had not. I have had about 3 prior services on my trees and this is the best service by far. The team did the recommended repairs on the sick tree. In addition they trimmed the front yard oak trees to give our grass more sunlight, and create a sort of canapy look. WE Love it. After clean up - I couldn't tell that anyone work had been done on the trees at all. I recommend this company to anyone who needs work with trees. Gaynelle N

This year's was a tricky proposition as one of two in the corner of our lot had grown into power lines. I would not have trusted any other company with this task! After evaluating options to save the tree, it was determined it was too far gone. They cut down our enormous tree in two days with no damage to our house. They let me keep whatever I wanted - we kept the huge trunk to make a table, plus smaller branches for seating, and even smaller ones for crafts. There was an entire section that was hollow, proving it was in danger of falling on our house. Everyone was courteous, and the price was more than fair. It was significantly less than I expected to pay (even Henry said they should have charged more). They recommended not grinding the stump (which would mean paying more) to save the foundation of the house. Henry also recommended a plan to save another tree before it was too far gone. I highly recommend this company.

Charlie reached out to me, I told him my son needed a very large but dead tree to be cut down and the stump to be grinded out. He came out later that day, was very polite, respectful (I only say that as most men doing business with women, are not), he looked over the tree, we negotiated a fair price (with my son on the phone) and he said I would be his last job the following day & he would text me when they were on the way. On Wednesday, I got a text around 3pm, his crew arrived and then Charlie arrived and everyone got to work. It was completely amazing how quickly his crew got this large, dead tree down, loaded in their trailer, they cleaned up the mess and were gone in about 50minutes. If you are in need of a tree removed, or maybe pruning of your trees, Charlie & his crew are the ones you want doing the job! I promise they will not let you down in service or politeness. Danny is the consummate professional and really cares about meeting the client's needs. Changes requested after work had begun were quickly accommodated and completed to perfection. Let me start by saying I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews, and if we had received a resolution, I…read morewould not be here. We hired AA Landscape and Fence to install a Horizontal cedar and steel fence. After our fence was installed, I paid Danny (the owner) in total; however, right after his departure, I realized that the steel gate needed to be installed according to what we had agreed. We had communicated that we wanted a back steel gate, and Danny brought a stainless steel material that we had welded sloppily to the black steel frame. Upon his departure, I called and sent him a picture. Danny said he would be back that Friday to finish the job. However, he did not come. I called again, and he said he would return on Monday but did not show up again. On Tuesday, we got some rain, and the ground shifted. Because Danny did not install the gate properly with a gap to allow for the shifting of the clay soil, the gate no longer functions (see video). I called Danny every day for about two weeks, and the call just went to voicemail every time. Furthermore, while working with Danny and his son, we ran into other issues that I will not elaborate on. However, they were not forthright nor sincere in handling those problems. Having worked with many contractors and undertaken numerous renovations, I have never encountered such unresponsiveness and irresponsibility. I believe in paying for professional service, and I am disappointed that this was not the case with AA Landscape and Fence. I would gladly pay more for a service provider who handles their business professionally and responsibly.
