Michael was referred to us by our vet after our dog Sweetie attacked one of our other dogs. The…read moreaggression had escalated over the months to the point that we feared for the second dog's life. Michael very quickly assessed our situation by observing each dog alone, then the others together (we have four). He outlined a step-by-step training plan for Sweetie that has led to an incredible bond between Sweetie and me. Our work with the mat, the leash work and the other training tools have made a huge difference in Sweetie's demeanor: She's calmer and more receptive to my guidance in tense situations. For the first time since the aggression issues surfaced, I feel optimistic that we can overcome these negative behaviors -- what a relief!

He had so much fun playing and making friends! He got treats, hugs, kisses and lots of playtime! He is worn out today!! They did a fabulous job!! I've heard so many horror stories about pets when they escape boarding or sitters and are never seen again .... It's so important when you're away from your fur babies to know they're safe and cared for. I chose HDR because they are totally fenced and separate yards that are fenced! No escaping!!! I would never board him anywhere else! Thank you!!

One of my fur baby is usually timid and scared, but she loves coming here to see Miss Ruby. She listens to what you want and she makes great recommendations. She is also very gentle and patient with our dogs. The Rover Oaks staff members are all very friendly and they have a very organized online system to enter any immunization records and you can also view your pup's pawgress report. They also offer daycare and boarding services. It also looks like they may offer training as well. Every time we come here, all dogs are eager to go in and are all happy when they are there, so it seems that they are doing things right here!

When I asked basic questions, she acted like she didn't understand me and offered no useful information. When I asked about prices, I received little to no help. I left the store and went to my car, but decided to return because I needed a birthday gift for my brother, who was excited about getting something special. I told him to ignore the attitude and just focus on what he wanted. Unfortunately, the service did not improve. When I asked the cashier for help, she simply said, "The girl who's going to help you is standing over there," and made no effort to assist. The other employee I was directed to was also unhelpful and uninterested. To avoid any further issues, I told them not to worry about it and decided to purchase the bearded dragon anyway, along with a cage. There was a promotion for both the animal and the cage, but the cashier acted as if she didn't know how to apply the special that was going on for members or didn't know what she was doing. During checkout, the employees made comments between themselves that were clearly unprofessional and uncomfortable, and I understood exactly what they were implying. I chose not to argue because I just wanted to finish the purchase and leave. Both employees had their name tags flipped, and the receipt does not list their names, so I was unable to identify them. I will never return to this location, and I 100% do not recommend it to anyone. If you do not like your job or helping customers, then customer service is not the right field for you. This is the location of the place I went to around 8:00 pm on February 4th, 2026 9718 Katy Fwy Houston, TX 77055 United States

However, it's what you do to rebound from that right? So Alejandro saw us and apologized so it doesn't really matter. At the end of the day, our furry children had a good time. They had a blueberry facial, they had bandanas, they also had a lot of exercise and 1:1 time. What I loved-- is how we can check the pet cameras to make sure they are ok! They also did brain games too and they were so tired when we picked them up! Money usually cries in the car but he didn't cry at all on our way back so I could tell that dogtopia did a very great job. Jasmine also explained everything well. The pups also had their nails trimmed too!!!! I loved how they center the dogs around like what group they can be too! Penny and Money were in the medium dog size group for medium energy! Separated from highest energy dogs! That kind of thought is so cute!
