I told him to ignore the attitude and just focus on what he wanted. Unfortunately, the service did not improve. When I asked the cashier for help, she simply said, "The girl who's going to help you is standing over there," and made no effort to assist. The other employee I was directed to was also unhelpful and uninterested. To avoid any further issues, I told them not to worry about it and decided to purchase the bearded dragon anyway, along with a cage. There was a promotion for both the animal and the cage, but the cashier acted as if she didn't know how to apply the special that was going on for members or didn't know what she was doing. During checkout, the employees made comments between themselves that were clearly unprofessional and uncomfortable, and I understood exactly what they were implying. I chose not to argue because I just wanted to finish the purchase and leave. Both employees had their name tags flipped, and the receipt does not list their names, so I was unable to identify them. I will never return to this location, and I 100% do not recommend it to anyone. If you do not like your job or helping customers, then customer service is not the right field for you. Malcolm has given us the tools we need both from an obedience standpoint in the short term as well as from a behavioral standpoint over the long term with ways reduce the separation anxiety. Hank quite literally loves when Malcolm arrives and greets him with unparalleled excitement. If it was not for Malcolm giving us this set of skills, there is a definite possibility we would have been unable to keep Hank, so for that we are grateful! They had a blueberry facial, they had bandanas, they also had a lot of exercise and 1:1 time. What I loved-- is how we can check the pet cameras to make sure they are ok! They also did brain games too and they were so tired when we picked them up! Money usually cries in the car but he didn't cry at all on our way back so I could tell that dogtopia did a very great job. Jasmine also explained everything well. I drop my dog off at 10 am for an appointment 6/6 I made weeks in advance, they confirm my appointment the day before as well, at 2PM IN THE AFTERNOON I'm informed there's no groomer there, never was a groomer down on the schedule at all. The best they could give me is "sorry you can come back tomorrow or another day and we can TRY and make sure someone is there" Oh not to mention every time I go it's always a different price with no explanation. As someone that's been with you for 5 years, never no showed, not payed or caused any fuss this customer service was extremely disappointing.
