On Monday, 4/26/21, I received an email from our loan processor stating he received the payoff statement from our current lender and everything would be finalized by Wednesday. After not hearing back, I emailed him on Monday, 5/3/21 asking for an update...no response. On 5/6/21, still not having a response from our loan officer, I receive an automated email stating we have new documents to sign. I log in to find a "Loan Denial". Tried calling, emailing...no response! I don't know how we went from "closing in 2 days" to "denial". I've had great experiences with each one, they were all great to spend a couple hours with and so helpful as far as taxes go. All of them completed taxes for me and my boyfriend and we both were very pleased with our services provided by all of them. Now let's go to Louie. Louie did my taxes last year, we talked the whole time and he was great. He is very thorough, experienced (he's been doing this forever.) and honest. I don't have a great understanding of taxes or how everything works and he does a great job of "explaining taxes in depth for dummies." Flash forward this year. I just opened a small business I started some aspects of the business with another company (I was in a hurry to get my S Corp paperwork in. Didn't even think of JJT and literally hate myself for not going there first because I was in a rush and panicked.) So once the dust settled and I had to put the pieces back together and get my small business organized and running I reached out to JJT. And who gives me a call?? LOUIE! We talked on the phone for almost an hour and got me in the right place and organized which he did not have to do, I'm So grateful He really took his time and ensured I understood everything.
