However, i wonder how come they don't gift you free salsa like other locations in LA do??? Hmm just wondering. Unless they all stopped doing that, not sure. Service was friendly and quick. Both men and women were very attentive of the customers walking in and serving up the meats. Location is clean and spacious similar to their other shops. They also sale tortilla chips, chamoy rimmer, chamoy candies, charcoal, tortillas, salsa and other bbq grill food essentials.

When I saw the cut, I noticed it was thicker than what I wanted, so I mentioned it to him. Instead of trying to help, he gave me attitude and responded, "Well, you asked for 1 inch." I wasn't trying to cause a problem--I simply wanted the steaks cut a little thinner. Because of his attitude, I just told him I would do it myself. As a regular customer who shops here every week, I expected better customer service and a more professional response.

I am going to mostly blame whoever is in charge of running this place... there were only two people making food on a holiday weekend. I got the potato soup... jk they didn't put the lid on securely so all of the liquid was gone when we arrived back at the hotel. I ordered a side of horseradish that wasn't in there. The cucumber salad had no salt and was very bland. A bummer since we visit Big Bear often and this place is right by our hotel.
