$73.95/lb on doordash 10/14/25

Located in EddieWorld in yermo, that famous pit stop on the 15 freeway, this is a jerky stand within the business. There's no transparency on the pricing, but buyer beware! Prices are $75-$100 per pound, which is a predatory ripoff. If you want the best deal, then you can order a pickup order through DoorDash for $75/lb; however, I would not recommend jerky at those prices.

I've visited this place a few times driving from Palmdale to Vegas and it is a nice find. They have a good selection of jerkies, my favorite being Spicy Habanero. The jerky is tasty but also pricey, bring your wallet. Two times I have been there at 0800 for opening but the employee was 5-10 mins late to open.

Habanero Buffalo Jerky - $40 for this

**SO OVERPRICED!!!** The jerky is good, but they have no prices listed. We asked for 0.25 lbs and they gave us 0.34 lbs which was a little over but we agreed it was okay. It rang up to be $40.73 for 2 thin slices of jerky!! Absolutely insane. We felt robbed. Of course we never asked what the price/lb was but we never expected it to be that much. It tasted great but for the price, definitely not worth it.

BBQ Famous ($119.80 per pound)

3.5 STARS Date: Thursday, September 26th, 2024 Time: around 5pm *Sweet & Spicy Brisket ($99.80 per pound) *BBQ Famous ($119.80 per pound) A friend drove home from Vegas back to the Bay. On the way back, he picked up some bougie jerky. Luckily, I was a recipient of some of this jerky. He brought it by I believe a week or so later after storing it in the fridge. I adore beef jerky. The hubby likes it dry and chewy. I like it soft and chewy. So this is definitely my kind if texture. Flavors were good, tho a little sweeter than I prefer. If it were making the flavor choices, I would have picked something super spicy. I love my heat! I'm not gonna lie, but I was stunned by the price. For 0.61 lbs each, it was $60.88 for the sweet and spicy, $73.08 for the bbq. Yes, a little more than $130 was spent on less than 1.25lbs of jerky. Am I glad I tried it? Yes. Would I go back and get more? I'm not sure. But I do understand meat is expensive. And their site says they use the "best cuts of graded American brisket". From exploring their website, it looks like they have specials and coupons if you order online. Who knows. If I find a good deal, I may just try other flavors. REVIEW #3573

TRASH

SCAMMER SCUMBAGS. This is an absolute joke. The beef jerky I bought from Eddie World is so dry it's basically inedible. It's not just "a bit off" -- it's rock-hard, tasteless, and feels like it's been sitting there for ages. And you have the nerve to charge premium prices for this? It's a complete scam. You're ripping people off, plain and simple. I'm livid. I didn't spend good money to get something this bad. I'm taking this further, and I'll be coming back to Eddie World personally because this is beyond unacceptable. Fix your quality, or stop selling this rubbish altogether. Absolutely disgraceful.

The beef jerky here is expansive but it will be the best you'll ever have! Once you go here you won't do the other place in baker, cali anymore. I got the famous BBQ and of course it was great! So soft to chew and flavorful. They have a closer one in barstow also if your coming toward LA. When i was there yesterday it was around $50 for half of pound so you do the math on the rest! Was it worth it? I would say yes. I always get some going and coming from vegas. A pound and a half easily $75 bucks but i got a 3 flavors. You can do a quarters in jerky also so you don't have to commit to a full half if it goes above your budget. You get what you paid for though and this is the best quality of beef jerky you'll eat. You won't find a better place in california.

Love love love this place! I am usually very stingy when it comes to spending a good chunk of money on snack foods like that, but anytime I am driving to or from Cali from Vegas, I have to stop here! My husband and I love jerky, and this place is one of the best we've had! When you walk into Eddy World, this will be on your left side. They also have some sealed packs on the right side of the store. Any time we go, we usually get a half pound each, which is around $100. When we told our friends how much we spent, they were a little taken aback, but we think it is absolutely worth it! I love the soft jerkeys, like the lemon pepper and teriyaki. The flavors are amazing! My husband goes for the spicy flavors and got the pineapple serrano, which only came in the sealed bags rather than bulk by the pound. Julie is the person who helped us today, and she was delightful! She offered us samples and helped us with our questions. She was very nice and I would be happy for her to help us every time in the future! Great service and amazing jerky!! Anxiety induced questions before arriving that may help you: 1. Can you sample the jerky - yes, but not every flavor. If the jerky only comes in a pack and not bulk, it can't be sampled. 2. What are the prices- They aren't clearly posted, but we know it usually runs us $100 for us to get 1 pound. 3. How to pay - They are essentially their own business inside Eddy World, so anything you buy from them will be bought directly at the counter rather than waiting in the normal Eddy World line.

Yum!!

Always a spot to hit up on the way to Vegas. Great flavors and options, just a bit pricy.

This is the home to the world's largest thermometer and Alien Fresh Jerky. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have driven past this place but never stopped. Now, I like aliens just as much as the next guy, but it was one of those places that I really had no reason to top of. But let me tell you, I am so glad that I did. In addition to having probably the largest selection of beef jerky next to buc-ee's, this place has more alien stuff than you can shake a stick at. Honestly, this place really does look like it belong on the Vegas strip with its big LED signs and alien motif all throughout the exterior. Additionally, they are in the process of building a UFO hotel. I'm going to tell you this. I will be there as one of the first guests in line when this thing opens up. Let's talk about the jerky for a second, they're not kidding when they say it's fresh. I have purchased multiple bags here on multiple occasions, and I got to tell you this is some of the best beef jerky you can ask for. It's super tasty, and not like that really nasty hard stuff you buy out of gas station convenience store, this stuff really is fresh. I don't know how to quantify alien fresh, but this jerky iis probably some of the best I've ever had. Tons of different flavors and heat levels for every person's taste. Bottom line? This place Is definitely the place to stop when you're out on the road going to or from Las Vegas from Orange county. Honestly, It's a perfect pit stop.

There's a few alien photo ops, and a lot of the merch and snacks inside are alien-themed. They also have a nice selection of hot sauces. We tried some kettlecorn and some jerky. The kettlecorn was good and comes from Maw and Paws, which has another location around where we live so it was very familiar. The jerky was super tender. Everyone ate it up.
