    Espinazo de puerco.
    Ahahaha S.

First couple of times coming here the meat was spot on and even tasted fresh. The past 3 times of coming here for espinazo de puerco, the espinazo has a terrible taste. I bought espinazo for posole. I wasn't watching the guy cutting up my espinazo and this is what he served me! I got home and the espinazo smelled terrible and had black dried up blood. Now with the new meat market on Bear Valley Rd (Carnes y mariscos) Mi Ranchito is going to go downhill. To the owners, please do better and serve better quality meat. Price doesn't matter to most of us, just give us quality.

Best meat market in HD!! Kbbq short ribs on deck!! Free marinades with request. Place super clean and doesn't smell like other meat markets I've been to. Will be coming all summer for my bbq.

Beef Loin Flap Angus Meat Marinated! The tastiest!

Been hunting down a good butcher shop up here for years. Unfortunately it's been a lot of places with mediocre to bad steak cuts. I'm glad I decided to roll into this one because they are hands down the best meat shop in the High Desert and I've been up here 27 years. The marinade here is legend so I always ask them to douse the angus steak in it.

A little pricey, but best Carne Asada, in the high desert i've only bought the Asada there and their seasoning and it was fire.

So in totality this place rocks, plus the butcher gave me a taster of the chorizo without me asking and damn.

The employees there are friendly and helpful, and we got a chance to talk to the manager too and he was cool. I generally enjoy shopping at…read moreSprouts, but during a recent experience at the Victorville location, I uncovered a pricing discrepancy in the bulk department that other shoppers should be aware of. I was excited to find the YumEarth Assorted Fruit Chews in the bulk bins, as they taste like a favorite childhood candy of mine. On May 16th, I purchased them at the Apple Valley Sprouts for the price of $5.99/lb. However, when I visited the Victorville location on May 30th, the same candy was priced at $15.99/lb. I brought this massive 160% markup to the attention of a store employee, who told me that it was because the candy is organic (all YumEarth products are organic, including the $5.99 batch). After reviewing my receipts and store tags, Apple Valley marking the item as discontinued is the only difference between the two organic fruit chews. Since I care about consumer accuracy, I submitted a pricing concern (with receipt and bin photos) to Sprouts Corporate Customer Care over three weeks ago on June 2nd. I have received zero response besides the initial acknowledgment after I submitted the web form. Even if Sprouts corporate has since cleaned out the bins or officially removed the item, the fact remains that the system was actively overcharging customers on the floor, and management showed zero interest in auditing the error or following up with a customer. This has been disappointing, and the usually friendly Sprouts failed in this area. I haven't returned to shop at Sprouts since this occurred. As a consumer, I prefer to spend my grocery budget where pricing accuracy and basic customer communication are treated as priorities. Please double-check your bulk receipts at this location.

I've been here a few times, but not too often. I was here in the late evening. Parking lot was not well lit at all... not sure why. Inside was very bright and clean. I walked straight to the produce section. It was organized. I didn't see the hami melon. Bummer! However, I saw watermelon on sale... 3 lbs for 99 cents. I thought it would be a nice substitute to the hami melon. I'm not the greatest watermelon picker, but I did well. I went to self check-out. A young gentleman came over to assist me. Thank you young man! Watermelon cost me a little over $5 which wasn't too bad. For the very first time, I struggled to cut a watermelon. Something was different. It was difficult to cut through the rind. I didn't know what to think of it. I later realized that the watermelon may not be ripe yet. Anyway, I did my best to cut all of it. I couldn't bring unripe watermelon that's not sweet to work so I kept it in the frig in hopes it would ripe on its own eventually and it did. Wahoo! It turned out to be a very sweet watermelon. That's my watermelon story and I'm sticking to it! Btw, I ended up buying other fruits from someplace else for my work lunch. Thank you Cardenas Markets for a great watermelon! Sorry, no pics. Maybe next time.
