Service is always amazing, they always treat us like family. They have the BEST meat in the whole High Desert.

Amazing meat selection. They always have great prices on ranchera, diesmillo and ribeye cuts. Highly recommend this place

El Ranchito meat - The store is on Cottonwood and Main Street - Butcher Near Me - Hesperia, California

I recommend this place. The meat is so good and fresh perfect I love the way they cut the prices. Good place to buy some meat.

We got the carne asada. The meat was clean as in not too much fat or tendons, we chopped it up for tacos. The chorizo was also delicious. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. It gets busy especially at the end of the day. If there's something specific you want I would call ahead or go earlier in the day as they do run out. So many options for meats. read more

Ugh I hate giving bad reviews, just not my cup of tea but my experience needs to be heard. People talk really good things about this establishment, my grandma who is a 78 yr old senior wanted to try this place and went yesterday and got some ground beef and some other meat to grill (not sure what the name is). As I was having breakfast this morning with my family, she tells me she couldn't sleep because she got food poisoning and keep throwing up, I ask what was the last thing she ate, she tells me it was this meat. I went to the place to return both of the meats she had bought, I spoke to this gentleman who I'm guessing is the manager. He seemed very upset at me for bringing the issue, he was defensive and asked what was wrong, I said she got food poisoning, he said well I don't know why, then he proceeded to tell me if my grandma had come before to buy lenguas, I explained to him, neither I or my family had come to this place before and he kept insisting on the lenguas ( I don't even know what's that). He said he will give me the refund for the meat to grill but not the ground beef, I said why not? I'm telling you I don't want it, plus I'm bringing you the receipt and the meat. As an experienced Food Manager I know people always try to get advantage of free stuff and I can understand he may thought that, however I came to him very nice and explained the issue and had my receipt, I don't understand why was it so hard to give me what I was asking. I can't say if the meat it's good or no, all I can say is that my grandma got sick and my experience with the customer service! Take my experience and good luck! read more

A little pricey, but best Carne Asada, in the high desert i've only bought the Asada there and their seasoning and it was fire.

I went an about 2 weeks ago. Let me tell you they have Good prices and good meat quality.

This place is always busy. Their marinated meat is just incredible, and the people working here are always friendly and helpful. They make dry Chorizo on Thursday. It doesn't last long for a reason. One of my go-to's for weekend cooking. read more

The only place We buy Carne Asada!!! We've tried other butcher places around the area, clean, freshest meat, a lot of choices for other meats and cheeses! Our main go tos are the Carne Asada(prepared), chicken asado thighs, longaniza, chicharone, ranchero cheese, and also meats for Menudo too!! Nicest People too!! The best in town!! read more

First couple of times coming here the meat was spot on and even tasted fresh. The past 3 times of coming here for espinazo de puerco, the espinazo has a terrible taste. I bought espinazo for posole. I wasn't watching the guy cutting up my espinazo and this is what he served me! I got home and the espinazo smelled terrible and had black dried up blood. Now with the new meat market on Bear Valley Rd (Carnes y mariscos) Mi Ranchito is going to go downhill. To the owners, please do better and serve better quality meat. Price doesn't matter to most of us, just give us quality. read more

I don't come to this location often but I have came a few times. They have great options for meat. The staff is very friendly. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. My only complaint I have noticed that sometimes some of the staff doesn't wear gloves while handing the meat, but other than that, This location is great. read more

Been hunting down a good butcher shop up here for years. Unfortunately it's been a lot of places with mediocre to bad steak cuts. I'm glad I decided to roll into this one because they are hands down the best meat shop in the High Desert and I've been up here 27 years. The marinade here is legend so I always ask them to douse the angus steak in it. read more

Its good service, good quality meat, and very tasty salsa. Competitive prices but worth it.

Overrated. We have had the costillos from here and the Asada. Both good. Average. About the same as Vallerta. The reason for the bad review. It's a nightmare to even try to get meat from here!!! They have a line outside because they only let so many ppl in at one time. Okay I'll wait outside I get it since we just got out of COVID ...whatever but if you even try to enter they yell at you in Spanish not yet. They are almost completely out of meat by 3pm on a Saturday. I get it...it s the weekend but really?? They let people order on the phone or ahead and those ppl can obviously go in and get their order. Honestly, save your self the headache go to Vallerta. Same prices if not cheaper and way faster service and no one yells at you to get out. Never going there again. read more

By far the worst experience at a meat market. No prices on the meat cuts and overpriced vegetables. All meat cuts were priced at 6.99 for except for the ranchera which was an average price of 13$/lb. I left with 4 pounds of marinated beef steaks only to get home to 4 lbs of marinated ground meat surprise. Would rate 0 if I could. read more

Check it out, we've been in there many times. The meat is good. But two things stick out. The customers than come and go are seriously rude. I get it I don't speak Spanish, but I'm just trying to buy some meat. I've been bumped into, cut in line, ignored. Really frustrating. So it's been a while since coming here. Then my wife goes. Randomly decides to get some chicken for dinner. She doesn't usually go. I get home and she asks me about going back due to this issue. She asked for 2 pounds chicken and got 1 pound 14.4 ounces. Close enough, right? I get it, they are chicken thighs. What I am mad about is that they charged my wife for 2 pounds without weighing it, essentially stealing money from us. What kind of bull shit is that? I asked for 2 pounds, you didn't weigh the product (granted, my wife didn't think about it at the time) and then charged us for something we didn't get. Just be aware for everyone that goes here, pay attention, some of them will try bull shit. read more

Love this place for meat. It's a little pricey but I think it's worth it because the meat seems more fresh has better taste. You buy like at Vallarta or Cardenas and there is a horrible smell to it. The taco meat it's amazing you won't regret it. It doesn't have extra skin or fat. It has a little but not like other places. Love the longanisa it's fresh made. I recommend this place 100. The owner are very friendly and helpful. I drive from Apple Valley to Hesperia because I love the place. Very clean!!!! read more

Drove all the way from Sacramento and it was worth it, they have the best meat and bundles I'll definitely be back next month

While waiting for my order to continue guy goes to ring people up while the other guy takes two more people behind me. This is while I've been waiting online for a good twenty minutes. First guy should of atleast told the other guy to complete my order instead of leaving me waiting and no one completing my order.
