I typically get the hibachi filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp with double rice and no noodles. That's just my preference. The food is always cooked to temp and has a wonderful flavor. Sitting at the hibachi is always fun for the kids, especially if you get a chef that really likes to interact with the people sitting at the table. The lighting in the restaurant is not blinding so it makes dinner seem more relaxing and welcoming. They also sing "Happy Birthday" and give you ice cream if you are celebrating a birthday. There is almost always a wait so be prepared, especially if you want to sit at the hibachi.
