He was incredibly dismissive and defensive and leaves you feeling like you were verbally assaulted without just cause. In the current healthcare system, many of us have to pay out-of-pocket for these appointments until our deductible is met, and there is nothing more disheartening, and infuriating, than a provider who pretends to be open-minded and caring for a patient whilst being the complete opposite and gladly taking their money.
