So disappointed. They strung me along for 5 months, switching lawyers, sarcastic representatives and general incompetence. They claimed they had to drop my case because I could not prove my injury was caused by negligence. I am a 73 yr old woman who was punctured by a screw while receiving PT. I was take from the facility by ambulance to the ER where I received 21 stitches in the wound. Following a severe infection, I was hospitalized for intravenous antibiotics to treat this infection since oral treatment did not work. The wound was debrided several times and I received 2 months of treatment at wound care. This was extremely traumatic for me. But they didn't do anything for me but cause me more misery. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. They did not fight for me. I am stuck with an ugly scar and it is uncomfortable. read more

I would never, ever use Morgan and Morgan again. I was in a car accident in September 2022. When I signed up, I was told the fee was 33%; I thought this was high but worth it. However, I later discovered that this 33% only applies to the first offer the insurance company makes. Then it jumps to 40%. This was a detail buried in the fine print that I missed, leaving me feeling misled and disappointed. They 'lost' my file for three months. Then, I was given a paralegal (?) who told me so many different stories I had no idea what to believe. In total, I was bounced to three or four different lawyers, each time having to start over and explain my case from scratch. This simple case dragged on for over two years, causing me immense frustration and inconvenience. When the settlement was finalized, it took several months before I received my money. The insurance company paid them immediately. I knew that both the man who hit me and I had the same insurance companies, and I saw when the payout occurred. I had to pester them for weeks. When I got the first payout statement, they shorted me about $10,000. I called several times and finally got that fixed. They would not make a direct deposit even though they say they do that in commercials so I had to drive to their office to pick up the check. They held back an additional $1,000 and explained that it was to cover any additional medical bills and that I would automatically receive it in a month. I waited six weeks and called them. Several times. They even promised to send the check to the Melbourne office overnight. That did not happen. It took me several more weeks to finally get the check from them, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected. They did not pay all my medical bills even though they insisted several times that they had. In fact, I received a document from them detailing what was paid, and this list included the unpaid bills. When I started getting letters from collection firms for these unpaid bills, I was furious. Just for grins and giggles, I checked my account today with my PCP and found they had not paid him for medical records, but they indeed charged me for them. Do not waste your time or money. Morgan and Morgan do not communicate effectively; they switch you around with different lawyers, and you have to start all over. They hold onto your money with a tight fist, leaving you in the dark about the progress of your case and the status of your payments. read more

I had known my brother used them for his disability case, but we hadn't discussed them, I wish I had. I signed up with them after injury from being rear ended (by a cop no less). For 8 mos I heard nothing. They changed my case manager without informing me. I was constantly updating them, with no response. As far as I am concerned they did an excellent job negotiating and reaching a much larger settlement than I had expected. Throughout the whole process Stephanie was very communicative and even after she did as much as she could to even help me get my check cleared by my bank. Attorney at Melbourne office, left a bad taste in my mouth, with a distaste for the firm...his assistant was one of the most difficult and extremely rude people i have ever met. And this is the third time i have used the firm of morgan and Morgan. And referred 3 other people to use their services. And i know of at least one who had the same bad taste when things are said and done...one of the complaints .the attorneys lack of respect to the client. In regards to responses to phone text or emails. And when you finally get his assistant, she is rude and totally disrespectful. In short i will not recommend this firm to any one . When you are injured and are being taken advantage of by the employer and insurance companies. I was disappointed that your company said that you could not take on my case. I have a chiropractic injury.  I have my customer chart from the chiropractor's office stating that I was injured by their female practioner and that I told the her immediately that she hurt me.  I have emails from the owner of the chiropractic office saying he was sorry that his employee hurt me and that it wasn't malicious.  I saw an orthopedist and I have those medical records and MRI imaging showing tissue/cartilage damage.  I still can't fully rotate my neck (it's been almost a year from the injury and I still have issues) and the orthopedist told me I'm probably going to need more invasive procedures to fix it. In the recording your law firm plays while waiting for someone to come on the line, there's a recording of Mr. Morgan talks about his brother's accident and how no case is too small and that you're there to help the little guys.  Apparently, that is not true.  Clearly, even though I have chiropractic notes, admission of guilt, orthopedist's notes and MRIs showing damage to my neck, you are not willing to take my case, even though I feel it's a pretty open and shut case. I was asked a series of questions by your representative regarding, broken bones, paralysis, organ failure (!) and other ailments of which I have none, but that doesn't mean I don't have a case.  What you are advertising and what you clearly state is very misleading since it seems you won't help the little guy.  You could even say something along the lines of we can't take on every case, but you don't do that, you say you will help anyone who needs it and that's not true! read more

I am so tired of listening to the Morgan & Morgan commercials. They claim no case to small, no case to difficult they take them all. I called because in January & February of 2020 I had cataract surgery by Dr Fredrick Ho in Melbourne, FL and right from the beginning I had trouble with my right eye . I couldn't see and he told me not to worry I would get used to it. I called Morgan & Morgan because I went to two other doctors and they think it might be fixable or I will be completely blind. What a choice. However my medical won't cover it so I want to sue Dr Fredrick Ho because he screwed up and do to his mistake I think he should pay for it & then some because of the risk to my life. I am not 20 anymore! I called Morgan & Morgan and spoke to someone who asked that I explain the reason for my call she then put me on hold and after a few minutes she came back and told me that it wasn't the type of case they were taking at that time But she told me to call again if I have the operation and don't get the outcome that I hoped for. we have all seen the morgan and morgan television commericals "size matters" and it does. at as client of morgan and morgan i can attest all too well what that size means. you are one of so may clients that no one even knows who you are, much less communicates with you. they have now had my case for 3 years and 3 months and in that time i have had 4 different lawyers, countless "assistants", but VERY few actual signs of any progress. for me, this choice of a law firm has been a huge disappointment and a total disaster. it has become a futile experience in what it feels like to stand in line for three years and three months. read more

Very Disappointing. I called on March 15, 2018 for a consultation. After giving the young woman all my information, she advised me that someone would call me. I called again on March 25 after not receiving a call back. I was advised that my "case" was referred to another attorney and that they would call me directly. I called back again on April 12 after still not receiving a call back. I was again told it had been referred out and the other attorney would call me directly. I advised her that it was almost a month and I still hadn't heard anything. She did some checking and came back on the line to tell me that the other attorney had refused the case.
