Imperative details about your case will not be discussed until the last minute with less than even 24 hour notice sometimes. I've never had to go through anything like this before and the attorneys that were supposed to protect me just saw me as another number and profited from keeping me on the line as they continued to collect fees... only to do absolutely nothing for me in the end. My advice.... find a firm that doesn't view you as just another number. You'll truly live to regret it if you don't.
