Payment options were flexible too: you can pay upfront, or choose a zero-APR option if paid within 24 months. There are also lower monthly payment options, but those do come with interest. He explain everything that he was doing on detailed and the reason for each step. They did a super comprehensive check inside, outside and underneath the house trying to find a low flowing leak. He used visual inspection as well as a sound machine. Spend over 3 hours testing everything. While the price is high compared to a regular plumber. I fully trust their results and hope that our problem can be resolved on the spot. In addition we will get a written report that can be used to try to advocate the water company if necessary.

On the day before Thanksgiving, Conrad arrived less than one hour from me opening a home warranty claim. He quickly confirmed that my 75 gallon water heater needed to be replaced. We discussed the challenges of my installation and we agreed that the new one would not be in place until the end of day Monday. This was disappointing but understandable due to the holiday. Also, I was nervous because I was leaving town Friday morning and would not be there for any additional issues (there usually are issues). Conrad pleasantly surprised us when he called on Friday and set up to install it that day. The entire NOLA area experienced low temps in the 50's that weekend and the early install kept my wife from having to choose between bathing in cold water or travelling to impose on relatives. I returned a week later to find the new unit installed EXACTLY as we discussed. WARNING: If you have a home warranty... My only complaint is with the warranty company. I have two contracts with them - one for me and one for my disabled sister. Each home has needed a water heater this year. Regardless of their size (my sister's was a 50 gallon unit), the cost to me was over $500 for each - $75 copay plus $460 for non-covered expenses. I priced the extra parts used for my job at Home Depot and they totaled less than $30 including tax. This is a flat fee imposed by the warranty company. THIS ROBBERY IS NOT CONRAD'S FAULT. From the moment he first arrived, his professionalism and expertise was evident. Cory quickly went to meticulously working-checking every possible source of the gas leak with the attention to detail of that a jeweler, rather than a tradesman. Not only did Cory identify, locate the gas leak, he also took the time to explain the situation to me in a clear and concise manner. His transparent communication and honest approach gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. I mean my house could've exploded! Additionally, he provided me with practical advice on how to prevent such issues in the future.
