Ryan at Busy Bee responded so quick before I got a chance to do research on the selected vendors. Just took a few sentences, I began to like his personality and direct answers. It appeared as what the website and other reviewers said. I quickly made a decision to hire this vendor. Ryan and his crew arrived at the specific time, after 3 pm because of errands on a Saturday afternoon. Gave me the quote as described on the chat. They took care of the master bedroom and a small portion of tiled bathroom. He left me an instructions for drying time. I also asked about the cost for cleaning they walking closet in the master bedroom. I skipped this time because I used it to evacuate the furniture from master bedroom. My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. We had a bookshelf that was a little disorganized (not expecting them to worry about it) and they straightened everything up and made it look so nice. It was a great surprise! My husband and I failed to read the fine print on the move out checklist, which read "the home must be professionally cleaned". At this point our belongings were moved out. We just needed to clean. Our official move date was 2 Days away so we still had time. Around 3AM, I jumped on Yelp to search housekeeping services. Upon my search a questionnaire popped up. I input the necessary information (service date, square footage)etc. Like magic a mass message was sent to available businesses. I received a response from The owner 2hrs later. What luck!! Two of her staff members were available to stop by at 7pm the same day! I shared the smart lock code, the team arrived promptly- I know this because we get notifications. The flat fee worked within our budget. I submitted my payment after the job was complete via Zelle. My husband stopped by the next day, he forgot his car vacuum. The team was kind enough to leave it on the countertop in the kitchen. He walked through the house to review their work, everything was spotless. The upstairs carpet had those cleaning streaks - so you know they put in some hard work. The rest of the house was well done, all I can say is that I am grateful for this business responding to my request so last minute. With Thanksgiving being just days away I was lucky they responded to my service request so last minute.
