I'm getting…read morethe therapy from Leonard Mitchell, a doctor in physical therapy, and am very happy even after 2 sessions (and the home exercises) for my adhesive encapsulated shoulder. He warms the shoulder up with an exercise machine then stretches and manipulates the shoulder putting pressure on it before I do a few new exercises. They're very caring and accommodating. I requested a heating pad first to start the warm up and he gladly did that for me. I had previously come to this center and a physical therapist assistant took care of me, Brittany, and she was spot on, too. I'm inspired to do the exercises (and I'm lazy and undisciplined for repetitive exercises) seeing the progress even in a short period. I took some pics, but they're limited because the center protects patients privacy so I was asked to not include patients in the pics, even from behind. I like their professionalism.

They also lie and say the nurse has called and left messages when they haven't. I even had one nurse yell at me because my daughter got a port instead of a pick line and she called her insurance to tell them an "unnecessary" procedure had been done. Only she was the one that told us they wouldn't come out without a port in my daughter. The doctor agreed a port was necessary as did her surgeon, but this nurse told me they were wrong. This company is a mess and they can't get their act together to do what they are supposed to do.

I had to try to work with an app using translator and some of the time it wouldn't work so there was no communication! This is a ridiculous way to try to communicate ! What if there was an emergency and then what?!! These aids are supposed to be able to do important tasks in your life they are supposed to be able to go to the grocery store for you and get what you need,help remind you to pay your bills if needed, but if you have a question about your bill and they need to make a phone call to ask about it, how are they supposed to help if they can't even speak English ?? I was expected to use a translator app to try to communicate with an aids who didn't speak English that is not a way to do business is far as I'm concerned we live in America all of the aids should speak English and Spanish that's fine but not just Spanish either that or have both have English speaking and Spanish-speaking aids in this day and age there is no reason that all the aids should not speak English!!!! After all they were getting paid to service me and I was continuously working with them I find something wrong with this picture and after their aid couldn't do the services that were needed then they wanted to drop the service what is wrong with this picture you know then I was told that all the English-speaking aids they had were in Kissimmee doesn't something sound wrong with that? Then the couple they do speak English are not reliable and will only show up when they want to. If you know this, why would you employ someone like this?? Wow it just amazes me. As she was not getting better, I continued to seek help for her. We were referred to your practice for speech therapy to help with her cognitive function. The first time I met Michelle, I knew she was in great hands. She took her time explaining everything she would do and why it was important. She was so thorough that I didn't have any questions after our first visit. My daughter has really enjoyed working with her and has stayed positive throughout her recovery all because Michelle is such a joy to work with. She actually thinks it's fun to go to speech and appreciates the relationship Michelle and she have built. She even took the time to give me a complete update last week and made additional suggestions for helping her with her schoolwork offering support and communication to her guidance counselor if needed. My daughter has played volleyball for 7 years and thought she would play throughout high school and hoped to play in college. At this point, she likely will not return to the sport she loves so much, which was a really hard pill for her to swallow. Because of the connection, respect and compassionate care that Michelle has extended to her, she is still smiling and working to get better.
