Gary(Sheldon was on vacation) quoted me $900-$1200 depending on the cost of the motor. When I finally got the cart back, Sheldon charged me over $1600 when I pressed him on it he said Gary didn't know what he was talking about, something to that extent. I should have refused but didn't, that's on me. However, when the same issue with the brake happened again less than a year later, I sent Sheldon a text on April 14, 2024 but he didn't answer. I tried again on the 16th, 18th, and again on the 28th. I then had to leave town. I sent him another text on May 17, this time telling him he had better contact me or I will put him out of business. He called me shortly thereafter but, told me he won't work on EZGO RXV's so I'm out of luck. DON"T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CART WITHOUT A WRITTEN QUOTE AND WRITTEN WARRANTY! There are two comfy sofas (room for 6 people), a table of snacks and candy, and mini fridge full of water for guests. Coffee/Turkish coffee was offered. He even offered to buy those in the waiting room lunch too! Really nice of him. Bring some reading material or a laptop to watch some shows on. It'll make 3 hours go by quick!
