Vertigo every time I moved my right arm, mainly at night in bed. After searching for 2 years for help, being refused by 5 other chiropractors (they were afraid to get involved); I found Dr. Francis Ermilio at Gold Star Chiropractic. He is HONEST. He fixed the neck, spine in one treatment. I could use my arm! No more vertigo, the eyes... healed. I am still healthy, no vertigo... in year 2023! Thank God for this man! A nice Spanish man I met on the street one day referred me to Dr. Ermilio. (The reason I did not write a review in the past is; I was afraid the dishonest Chiropractor who injured me might give HONEST Chiropractors a hard time. As the years went by I met many more people who have been injured by the dishonest Chiropractor that injured me. The TRUTH is finally out. We can all speak it without fear or retaliation.)

As someone who is disabled and often laid up with chronic pain and other health issues, I can honestly say he has done wonders for me. Walking into his office I feel nothing but kindness and support coming from him. Even when in tough situations financially and last minute needs he has been nothing but supportive, accommodating and willing to see me no matter what. I refer him to all my all my friends and family within the area, especially if they are chronic pain suffers. You can always expect to come in and have open and educated conversations about how your doing, family and anything else youcould possibly think of. Most of all you are guaranteed to leave smiling and at least feeling a little better than when entering. The address here is wrong though he is now located at 207 Bigelow St Marlborough MA. Jessica I would have to disagree with you entirely, and based on your review I wonderIif you are confusing Dr. Stephen Finn with someone else in down town Marlborough. Nothing that you wrote has been anything like the Dr I have come to know. Dr. Finn is in no way at all about money (that I can attest to entirely being an extremely low income disabled patient); everything he does and says you can tell he really loves his patients and the work that he does. His office may be older but in no way is it ever dirty, uncomfortable or unprofessional. His tables are professional chiropractic tables that you will find in any chiropractic office, and are not handmade or use carpet flooring. So in short- if you want great service that is also very personal, caring and always a great experience Dr Stephen Finn at Finn chiropractic is the place for you. Its very rare to find service like this around any more, which is what makes those 5-15 minutes better than any other place around. -Lissa Thanks you so much for all your help Dr Finn!

I was given an insurance estimate and told that there was a $325.00 scan that would be done of my head that is not covered by the insurance. I told the staff during the call I did not want this. On the day of the visit they did it anyways. They also did numerous x-rays of the tooth. I was billed for the scan and the insurance did not cover it! I received an updated bill for another $190 evaluation amount. I have been gathering my paperwork to refute the $325.00 and received a collection notice. I called the office to discuss. I was told today that if I did not do the scan the DDS would not have treated me!! I asked why was I not told about this on the original call. And, there is an issue with my bridge and I need a new one. So this office is billing patients for a service that is NOT approved by the insurance. If they are doing x-rays why do they need a scan of your whole mouth when they are working on pone tooth? Not happy and will not go here again or recommend this office.
