He sent his men over Wednesday and told me they would be here between one and two they were right on time. He told me they just needed to finish another job before coming to mine. After more than a week passed with no communication, I began calling again on June 29. Over the next couple of weeks, I spoke with the answering service several times and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also left multiple voicemail messages through July 13, and none of them were returned. Today, July 15, I have Strongman Tree Service scheduled to do the work because I simply couldn't wait any longer. My disappointment isn't about the price--it's about the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If Above All wasn't interested in taking on a smaller job or was too busy, I would have appreciated being told that. Instead, I was left waiting and wondering. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Above All Tree Service. They may be a well-established company with plenty of trucks around town, but good customer service starts with keeping customers informed. Don't waste your time waiting for a call that may never come.

Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.
