Dr. Brennan definitely has a magic touch, I've had normal fillings that hurt worse than my procedure with him, which was my very first root canal ever. He asked how I was doing about every 4 or 5 minutes and was explaining everything he did along the way. The whole thing took about 40 minutes. During the extraction of the filling, the tooth cracked all the way through the root. He referred me to an endodonist who said he could do a root canal but since the root was cracked it may not seal. I was told the only true option was an implant, the estimated charge was $10,000 or more! I did not have that kind of money lying around, so I had no choice but get the root canal and hope for the best. After this was all over, Dr Sowins tried to charge me for the nightmare that he caused me! I do not recommend Dr Sowins.

From the very first consultation he examined my x-ray and very thoroughly explained what the process was, which procedure he would use, why I would want to use that procedure, took me through diagrams of oral health and care and seriously gave me some knowledge! His extremely friendly demeanor and knowledge immediately sets away any nerves you might have. On the day of the procedure, he was running a little behind but I was completely fine with it. I went in and got (all 4, yikes) my wisdom teeth extracted and it was a very well done and clean job. The reason I know that is because it healed very well and I didn't have any complications. A week later I went in for the check up and everything was fine, another few days passed and he personally called me to ask how I was doing.
