The guys tear up the concrete, and a few hours later Christian is back with an update on what's going on and what needs to be done. But it seemed his agenda was to get me to replace the entire plumbing in the house. A job that cost 5 times more. At least 30 mins he tried to explain to me the advantage of doing this. I just needed the leak fixed now as it's been leaking pretty badly for days. So I declined to replace all the plumbing. The fix took about a day. Despite all the pretty pictures the owner shares, his employees did not leave the area in great condition. There was a lot of concert dust and pieces left. The wall behind the toilet was torn up, which it was never explained to me that this would be done and that I'd need to hire someone else to fix it. Don't do what I did and go with the first quote. Get at least 3 and read the bad reviews. There is some similarity.
