My uncle recommended R&B and has gone to them for years. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I still gave them a call. R B Tires doesn't have all the add on fees and the tires and alinement are priced good. I got the best total price around and made the appointment. I went there for the great price and was extremely pleased with the service. To make the price even better the sales tax there is only 3.5%. Atleast recently, I had to get my car towed there after a breakdown (while I know I had no appointment) wanted them to just look at the radiator issue I had, and tell me what I can do with it. Dropped it off on a Thursday, was told they would look at it Monday. Monday comes and I'm told Tuesday (another day of using a rental), Tuesday comes and I'm told it will be looked at next Monday (another week of a rental and there telling me wrong dates without apologizing). Once they did look at it, they wanted near $1500 for a $1000 job I can get done somewhere else. My father was on the phone with me and as we were talking about selling options, one mechanic came out and offered to buy my car, all be it junk rate. When I did the survey after service, for the first time we left a bad survey, oh but they offered us a free oil change atleast. That doesn't make up for the misinformation we constantly got, much less rental fees due to it, and felt very disrespectful for the decade plus we've been coming here. They can do very good work, but they are definitely on the higher end and the owner is not a good guy. We actually spoke to their neighbors and they are moving out due to the amount of beer cans, trash, and the disrespectful nature of these people. It's a shame but I would have to greatly reconsider my business here going forward.

So, I chose a few auto repair places to get the estimates from one was TARRACH'S! I got the first estimate and headed to Tarrachs when getting out of my car the first estimate I got fell out of my pocket when I got to the place. I proceeded to asked the person at the desk if they could look at my car for the issue that I had he said fine. I needed an estimate for repairs Let me get my mechanic. They took the car in to see the issue after waiting about 15 minutes he came back in and I asked him so what did you find? How much would it be? This is when his mechanic comes in stands behind him with this mean look on his face! I asked him if something was wrong. I said is everything OK? He said yeah I'll I'll send you the estimate on your email so I leave when I get into my car between my parking brake and my console estimated sitting there high up to let me know that they seen it. Not that it has anything to do with them, but obviously it bothered them I never received the estimate I thought to myself did he call the first mechanic. I took my car to have it done at the first mechanic and after I got done the same issue was still there now cant I prove that they talked with no without phone records but the person who fixed the car or attempted to fix the car was very distant and said I fixed it. Let me know if it's OK which it was not. I found that to be very petty and disrespectful from the person who I talk to who happened to be the owner and his mechanic to be very immature that they would care that I got another estimate from another mechanic. I've had nothing but issues with this issue for my car, I would never recommend or take my vehicle to this so-called mechanic!
