I also love the fact that it practices true D&I in staff and makes this a welcoming place for all. It is like family and the staff is so consistently friendly and responsive. You can tell, just by sitting in the waiting room, that they are some of the nicest people you will meet. I wrote this review to say that with all the anxiety over the last 2 years, WW has made us all feel so safe and we highly recommend this to a family dentist.

She has a great dental-chair manner and her hygienists are very kind and competent. Her office has a nice atmosphere (and is very child friendfly) and parking is easily available in the front. Dr. Marchiani and Julia did a specific cleaning using biofilm technology and custom polishing, which yielded an incredible result. The receptionist Lyn, was really nice and helpful mentioning all the services they offer on site and a bit of the history of the place. She mentioned that they had just had a couple cancel and could get the both of us in in 20 minutes. She was not pushy at all and we took her up on it. Signing the paperwork was a breeze and we were both whisked away. I had Samantha who was a doll and made me feel at ease. I'm not to overly fond of dentists. I was looking for a clinic that would allow me to shadow the dental professionals to learn more about the dentistry and prepare myself for my future career. Harvard Rd Dental Care welcomed me with open arms! After shadowing in this dental practice for almost 40 hours, I can say that Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Abdalla are true professionals. They spend time with each patient and ensure that the patient understands their own oral health. They talk through all of the possible treatment plans so that patients can have the autonomy to choose what works best for them. The doctors take photos before and after each procedure to show the patient what was accomplished, and ensure that the patient is happy with the outcome. Dr. Hendricks and Dr. Abdalla evidently care about each patient that enters their practice, and their welcoming personalities help patients feel comfortable. The rest of the team at Harvard Rd Dental shows just as much kindness and care for their patients as the dentists do! Deb, Kori, and Jess are great to talk to, but more importantly, excellent dental professionals! Not only are they extremely thorough and efficient in their work, but they also go above and beyond when accommodating for older adults and children. My time at Harvard Rd Dental Care was extremely valuable. All of the staff were patient and answered my questions in detail. This place is just terrible! The number of times I have been here, I remember about the extremely…read morepoor service I received from the inexperienced staff here. The staff at the front are always having fun, laughing and talking and it's extremely annoying for patients sitting. They look like they don't care. The doctors and other staff here always suggest patients more than they actually require and I believe this is done to increase the bill on purpose. They fail to give proper explanations of how much the insurance covered, what was not covered, etc. My sister just needed a root crown and the doctor went on to explain about other crowns and bridges which was a complete waste of time...my dad just needed some fillings and the inexperienced staff was just inefficient and she somehow did something in a hurry and my dad experienced terrible pain after! I just needed to get my fillings done and the doctor went on to explain me that it's better to pull out my wisdom teeth even if they don't hurt! LOL! Funny and surprising! I have changed my dental provider now and the doctor here has told me that if my wisdom teeth aren't hurting me, there's no need to pull them out. That can just cause more trouble! So in conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this place ever because of their terrible service and the staffs are all rude and non cooperative.
